What is your pee plan?

Haha...for all of you brides planning to wear shape wear, what is your plan for going to the bathroom? My dress is poofy, I will need help from my bridesmaids to pee, but I just don't see how I'd be able to pull spanx on and off successfully.

Very true...it'll probably be my MOH helping me the most. I have a big dress though, so I'm sure I'm going to need to recruit more ladies haha.

So, never heard of that but just looked it up. What do you do with it afterwards? Just throw it away? Will you be keeping a stash of them by the toilet?

That is good y'all are prepared though. I'm already imagining 2-3 girls having to help hold up my big poofy dress, but I can't imagine asking one of them to pull down / lift up my tight fitting spanx. Smiley xd

I agree with everyone on here- crotchless spanx. Howver, I still know some people that have peed on themselves, so you also may want to consider a bridal buddy to protect the dress and Go Girl female urination device to direct your stream while you sit backwards.

I got mine on amazon! I didn't even know it had it when I ordered. I needed something cheap because I'm modifying it myself. I've gotta lower the sides and add more padding in the cups. I didn't want to pay $150 for the Spandex version of it.

I would say about 50% of the reason I got an a-line was so I wouldn’t need shapewear. I know myself and I know I’m gonna have to do a #1 and a #2 at some point 😂 The bridal suite has a huge full restroom that I will sneak away to and take my dress off. We already discussed leaving a hanger in there on the hook on the door. MOH will assist me to button it back up.

I have a bridal buddy I might try because unfortunately my dress is buttoned all the way up so taking it on and off will be horrendous. I am using bandalettes not shapewear so this really doesn't help you much at all sorry

That's a pretty awesome plan. My dress is a mix between an A-line and a ballgown. I didn't think I needed shape wear, but I'm not completely happy with my tummy, and am considering trying ti to see if it helps.

Yeah there is no way my dress is coming off until the end of the night. I have a corset, zipper, and 2 kinds of buttons.

The jelly is smell-less and not harmful. I normally would just throw it into the normal trash bin (if not in the stall then there must be one outside in the bathroom). When I was out in the wilderness/sea then I actually collected them in trash bags until I can properly throw them away when I was back with civilization. No smell, no spillage, so it was not difficult.

I am gonna try the sitting backwards method but also seriously considering the Bridal Buddy. My dress is a ball gown but I am thankfully not wearing any shape wear underneath so me just sitting backwards will probably work ok. The only issue is my short T-Rex arms might not be long enough to go over all that dress to get the business done lol

Planning on keeping a robe in the bathroom and unzipping and stepping out. As of now i will have my period on my wedding ( thanks to a change of medication it got messed up!) Anyway I don't want to take any chances with my dress. Plus its a fit and flare. I'm not sure I'll be able to get it up over my hips. So like I said the plan is to keep a robe in the bathroom. I'll have someone come with me and help me unzip and step out. Then ill run to the bathroom and shaprewear will come off or ill have one with a slit and we will be good to go!
