Try not to lose the weight too quickly though. I must admit, I don't love the way my face looks in pictures because my once plump face looked a little deflated from quick weight loss.

I agree with you, Kathryn, sugars give such a massive surge of energy your body doesn't know how to burn it off, so it stores it, usually on your hips or butt, then forgets where it put it. Even low fat and diet products are loaded with sugar to make them taste nice.
My weakness is candy and cookies so I very rarely buy them. If they're not in the house I can't eat them.
Work out like crazy everyday!! Also eat tons of veggies and meat + no bread or anything with flour. You can do it! I was only able to lose like 10 pounds during the 8 months I had buttttt i didn’t work as hard as I could have on it
I lost 30 lbs this year (June-Nov). What helped me the absolute most was counting my calories.
My BIGGEST help was having someone commit to keeping me accountable. I go to the gym with my fiance at least 2 times a week and he always asks me to log my calories even when I don't feel like it. We have been able to keep each other on track. Also cutting sugars. You'd be amazed at everything that has added sugars in it.
Keto and intermittent fasting is amazing which I lose 30lbs and been able to keep it off! But the end of the day is honestly being consistent, eating healthy and at least 3 days out of the week working out and DRINK PLENTY OF WATER , so not only will you loose weight but keeping it off is a bonus !
There are so many little things you can do that add up to GREAT results! I would begin with drinking a gallon of water a day, park your car further so you have to walk, go on a nightly walk, cut your portions, no fast food, & stop drinking your calories (unless you're opting for a protein shake type thing lol). If you bloat easily I also highly recommend Alani Nu's Digestion pills! I bloat like crazy (thanks mom lol) and these pills have helped tremendously! Good luck on your weightloss!! (:
I have been considering this option for a while now. I do not eat a lot of meat as it is so I don't think it would be that difficult for me to transition. I love veggies but every time I think I'm ready, there is a produce scare or recall.

Morning Leticia I live in Colorado so I try to make it a habit to shop Farmers markets,Natural Grocers or Sprouts never Whole Foods too commercialized. Don’t be afraid say a prayer and keep it moving you got this!! And don’t forget if you like nuts they are high in protein so don’t ever feel that you will not get your protein if you completely quit eating meat. Best of wishes on your journey
I just lost 30 pounds in 4 months! I love my program, and just became a coach for it! Id love to connect!!!! And connect with anyone else that is looking to do similar goals
Check out froyotofitness instagram account. She has a 12 week guide with quick workouts and the results she features are amazing! She’s starting a challenge on Jan 6!
If you enjoy eating, I would recommend finding healthy foods that you like and can eat good amounts of. Write a meal plan, increase your vegetable and fruit intake while cutting out extra calories from snacks.
Jogging/walking briskly at least 4 days a week helped to get the weight off when in conjunction with better eating. I would go anywhere from 3 to 4.5 miles at a local park. Pop in some music and just enjoy nature/the weather!
I've just started drinking several bottles of water daily and it has helped me to stay more full between meals and before bed. I aim to get at least 3 or 4 bottles' worth a day.
Obviously these tips worked for me, but everybody works differently. It's still a journey that I work to stay on every single day. Good luck!

Hi, tamatha! It must feel good to have shed that weight, and congratulations. Its good that you found whats right for you. However, i wouldnt recommend vegetarianism to other ppl because of how drastically different people's bodies are. For example, im anemic, and if i didnt eat meat for a month, i could get very sick. Health conditions aside, ethnicity/geography are also factors. If your ancesters existed in a certain area, its possible your body responds best to many small vegetarian meals, but to lose weight, some may need to eat one large protein meal a day and nothing else.
