I've been fasting and also cook healthy at home prepping meals. I only eat out about 1-2 a month.
My body got used to eating the healthy food that I crave everyday now. Limited portions also helps. It's hard at first but if you push yourself you get used to eating smaller portions. If u get extremely hungry I would say snack on nuts or veggies or fruits
Isagenix - it’s next level nutrition, (protein shakes), no GMOS, soy, or gluten. Not only does it help you shed pounds, it builds lean muscle. To get more info or the science behind it, click the link. https://thatgladgirl.isagenix.com/isamovie
Intermittent fasting, watching Processed sugar intake, carbs are fine in moderation. No sodas, only water. This worked for me and it wasn’t that hard as long as I stayed busy. I lost 40 pounds in 6 months, and didn’t follow the diet on weekends, only no sugar.
I went sugar free except for things that have natural sugar- still limiting the fruits though- and cut out eating after 7:30 pm. So far I’m down 10 lbs. Also, 10,000 steps a day works wonders, if you already do that, aim for 15k or 20k
I had a friend recommend Beachbody to me. I don't do the shakes or anything like that, but I do really enjoy the workouts! I have a coach that holds me accountable and the program I am doing right now is 100 days! It has really helped me and its fun to have a whole week of different workouts so I do not get bored! Come January, I am cutting out Soda and all sweets (unless we have an event or its a holiday). (:
Hey, So I love weight watchers app for my meal plan and also use the work outs from my beachbody account. However, I saw my best results really sticking to weight watchers
The absolute fastest way is to stop eating ALL sugar or sugar producing foods. "The body Ecology Diet." It is very difficult. But you can drop 2 pounds a week if you are strict and you will feel amazing after the first week. Or just eat as you normally do and cut out all alcohol, bread, white rice, and fruit except for lemons and cranberry juice.
I've been using cookinglightdiet.com. You can create meal plans for the week and they give you recipes, grocery lists, etc. You can control how many calories you're eating each day without actually having to count each thing you eat. It costs a little bit, but I think I paid like $30 for 6 months of access? Totally worth it. The recipes are pretty simple and they've all been delicious so far.

I second MyFitnessPal! I just have the free version, but it's really helped me realize how I was eating WAY more calories than I realized. I have lost about 17 lbs since end of July just tracking (but not rigidly counting) my food, walking a couple times a week, and lifting weights a couple times a week. Also, I cut out alcohol 100%! I honestly think that's where most of the weight fell off, but I was also a pretty heavy drinker :-/
I'm using Noom, which I'm really enjoying so far - but really just finding a good method of tracking your calorie intake is pretty critical when getting started. I'm not sure of your height/weight, but for my size I'm keeping it around 1200 calories a day. If you have a sweet tooth, keep fruit on hand.
I'm also making sure I take at least a mile long walk (or run) daily, light weight lifting, keeping an eye on carb/sugar intake, and being mindful of water intake. I've also found that making myself a hot tea between meals keeps me feeling more full and stops me from mindless snacking around the office.

Yes I was surprised myself how fast I was dropping the weight but me being consistent drinking plenty of water no processed food when your body is not accustomed to eating clean and working out as well you’ll be surprise how you feel and how quick the weight drops. Because I feel great and have lots of energy , And been able to keep the weight off so Keto and intermittent fast and I definitely don’t mind sticking to
I started doing beachbody work outs as a way to lose weight before my wedding and I have lost almost 50 pounds! They’re super easy to do because you can do them from home! If you wanted to try look me up on Instagram and I’ll gladly help you. @_hannahgetsfitx
Weight Watchers has been the only thing that’s helped my my lose weight after years of trying. She’s down 20 lbs in six months I believe. I have clients who’ve lost 50+ in less than a year with WW as well
I'm in the same boat. I have 6 1/2 months until my wedding and would be happy to lose just 30 pounds by then. I tried Keto and you definitely can lose a lot of weight fast, but I had to stop because it just wasn't realistic for me. One day of cheating and I felt sick. I joined Weight Watchers for the group support and everyone gives great tips on how to get through problem/stressful days. I also joined a gym to get myself moving more. The hardest part is this is such a busy time of running around so grabbing quick foods seems like the go to. I have to plan more so I have healthier options available instead of running through fast foods joints. I do agree with everyone's post though. You have to find what program whether WW, Keto, My Fitness Pal, etc will work for you and stay dedicated. Good Luck and congratulations on your upcoming wedding!
I've lost about 60lbs since getting engaged. The only thing i did was start weighing my food and counting calories. I have a demanding job so i never worked out outside of that. I keep my food simple: oatmeal for breakfast veggies for lunch and lean meat and steamed veggies for dinner. I still have to lose about 15lbs if I want to be able to eat comfortably on my wedding day since my last dress fitting. I wish you luck.
