My wedding is in 6 months and I’m looking to at least lose 30 pounds. Can you girlies recommend any plans , eating tips , apps etc that maybe you’ve used or are using that really really work? Thanks!

Be sure to eat in a caloric deficit! If you’re eating less than you’re burning consistently you will lose weight. Also, I personally love fitness classes! Cycling, circuit training, and kickboxing classes. I like to do these as well as lifts weights at the gym. There is an app called class pass and it is a game changer. You buy credits to classes for all different places. Would highly recommend!

That’s the key! Is not too eat poorly people have a misconception of being a vegetarian because the new thing is VEGAN... I’m not vegan not only do I not eat meat I don’t do dairy, sugar,I watch my oil intake and I do my research. And I’m glad to hear it was easy for you not to eat meat but you’d be surprise... some people can’t. Once again lifestyle change not a diet. I don’t plan on changing by the grace of God!

Get yourself a personal trainer! That way, you can have help tracking your nutrition, and your workouts. They can design a program just for you! Definitely push yourself outside of the box, but don't do something that doesn't work for your body. For me, cutting carbs doesn't work, but cutting my macros and running/ lifting does. Find a trainer, design something that works for you, and stick with it!

So I lost 60 to 70 lbs in 3 months by only eatting 1200 calories a day and working out for an hour high incline medium pace walk! I basically ate only dinner and would eat a protein and a veggie it's not an advised diet but it did works

Drink half your weight in water, high intensity interval training, and eating more veggies and a card deck sized portion of meat. If you’re going to be working out more I wouldn’t recommend dieting! It won’t leave you with enough energy to work out. Just eat smarter. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months with a mixture of the Sweat app (by Kayla) and Fitnessblender.com which has free workout videos. Good luck!!

Girl , cardio will be your best friend!! 30-50 mins and go to the gym atleast 3-4 week. If you get hungry at night drink water or have honey and lemon tea (great for bloating and weight loss). Diet: eat veggies, fruits and proteins. It will be hard in the beginning but you have to discipline yourself and think about how bad you want to lose the weight .

You can look up a tdee calculator and put in your gender/weight/height/activity level/age and it’ll tell you how many calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight and how many you need to eat to lose! I started counting calories in September & I’ve lost 29 pounds so far. I couldn't eat more than 1700 calories a day if I wanted to lose weight, but I normally average between **** calories a day. 🙂

I'm 6 months out as well! I've started intermittent fasting (aka skipping a meal lol) and am going to sign up for my first ever gym membership tomorrow. As hard as it is, cutting back/stopping drinking really does help. I plan on eating less processed food, less dairy, etc. I also am going to eat paleo for the last week or 2 before the wedding to reduce any bloat I'll have. I can't stick with paleo long term but I wish I had the will power to since that is a diet that REALLY works for me as it made me lose 20 pounds in one month even with cheat meals. For now I'm trying to make small changes so that I can sustain a change in my lifestyle long term because I WANT to be fit and healthy.
