Wedding Venue - One or More?

We had our wedding and reception at the same venue. Too beautiful to leave!

Same venue, my in-laws offered their house for everything because they got a nice new house and offered it up for the wedding/reception!

Different locations! Ceremony at our church, and reception at a banquet hall!

One venue, different locations within the venue. The Palms Hotel has it all!

One. I didn't want to have to worry about transportations between the two!

Two - our ceremony will be at our church and our reception is somewhere else

Just 1! We got married outside on a golf course and had our reception inside the country club.

One location. The ceremony will be in the garden area of the venue, and the reception will be in their closed deck area.

We'll have 2, planning to get married in the mountains and then have a small gathering at my FIL's house or a restaurant. Eventually we plan to have a bigger reception with those we couldn't invite to the small ceremony, so we'll have 3 all told.

One location for both ceremony and reception. Hoping to have just one location... learning that most venues have been booked out two years prior to the event has been defeating.... I wasn't to be my fiance's wife, not his forever fiance!
