Wedding Programs

Kaleigh, on August 7, 2019 at 5:54 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 11

I am looking to make our wedding programs myself since we only have two weeks before our day. Would anyone be able to give me advice on templates or layouts for the program that has our ceremony information on it!

You can buy really inexpensive ones from Etsy vendors.

I used Etsy. The seller created the program just like I wanted and then I could print as many as I wanted. Etsy also has pretty inexpensive templates. I used a template to make our place cards which looked like hockey tickets. The template was super easy to use and totally customizable.

    Hey there Kaleigh!

As the previous posters mentioned, Etsy would be a great place to buy a template you can edit for your wedding ceremony!

Do you have a printer locally you can use?

Use publisher before going on Etsy!!! I cant recommend it enough! The programs I wanted were 50$ and that was just for the design not printing. I went on publisher and was able to make the same thing buying a few graphics from Etsy for about 5$. It takes some time but it’s well worth it to save the $$. Publisher has so many different options for designs. Mine is a guide map trifold to go with our Disney theme.

I found some on clearance at Michaels for $15. The box comes with all the stationary you need to print at home, and you can get the template online by using the website provided on the box! If there's nothing on clearance, Michael's always has a 40% off coupon - I just show it at the register on my phone!

I tried to use this one.... I was too confused when I attempted to download it. I need to try again when I have more free time!

Yep! We have a graphic company in my town. I can just take the template to them and have them print out our program on card stock!

We choose to exclude ceremony info since it’s a simple short wedding but I downloaded some fonts online for free, used power point and printed on Cardstock.
