Zazzie but you can also buy a template that you can edit off of etsy as well.

I would customize a template/design you like on Zazzle, Shutterfly, or VistaPrint (create an account and save your design) then wait for a 20-60% off sale to buy them. 👍

Those places seem to have sales every 2-3 weeks (we bought ours on Zazzle, turned out great!).

Great advice from the PPs, I would suggest the same. Purchasing a template off Etsy, Zazzle and printing yourself, or using one on Vistaprint or Shutterfly to create a simple invitation would be the best option and cost-effective.
How many invitations do you need? How many guests are you inviting?

I used Mircosoft Publisher to make my invitations and save the date, it was super easy and cut costs a lot. They have templates within the program but I just researched wording and made my own template. I had a friend that was able print at her job with a big discount, which was lucky. That being said we are having a small wedding.
