No idea but have your rehearsal dinner at Grills. Best seafood restaurant ever. It's next to the marina where professional deep sea fishermen dock. It's all caught same day.

Maybe call the mayor and see if they rent spots? I used to live near there and I've never seen a private ceremony there

Do mean on the beach in cocoa Beach? Because Orlando & Cocoa are not exactly near each other. A little over an hour apart. For the beach, I would look up the city of Cocoa Beach and they should have something for parks

You could hire one of the all-inclusive beach wedding companies. We're using Platinum Florida Weddings but I'm not sure if they do Cocoa Beach. There's another place called Wedding Bells and SeaShells that might go there.
We're getting married on Fort Myers Beach and they help with getting permits and recommending vendors. It made planning super easy.

Welcome to the WeddingWire community, Morgan Smiley smile

Are you wondering about how to book the beach for your wedding ceremony? It would be best to reach out to local city officials and see about getting a permit.

If you’re looking for a wedding planning company in the area to work with you in planning the wedding, there are loads listed on the WeddingWire vendor directory - Cocoa Beach Wedding Planners.

The best option for beach weddings is often to find a hotel or restaurant with a private strip of beach that offers a wedding package. This will also guarantee you have a reception spot and catering facilities available. If you are trying to keep costs lower and use a public beach with pavilions, you'll have to contact the city about reserving a spot. You will most likely need an additional permit and/or insurance unless your event is really small. I would start with Lori Wilson Park or Shepard Park.

Also, if you are not set on beachfront, there is an adorable waterfront park in Cocoa Village with a marina view. That could be another option since there are lots of nice restaurants nearby that might work for a reception.
