Wedding Dress- How long did it take it for you to find 'the one' ?

I found mine today on my second store. It was the very last dress I tried on. I cried like a baby haha

I found it at my second store, but went to a third store since I had an appointment. I only tried on about 15-20 dresses total

I tried on 6 dresses in two visits. I had gone back a second time to try on the one I thought I wanted. My mom and sister were with me. I happened to wander into the clearance section and found my dress. All thoughts of the original one were gone after I tried on the one I ended up with.

@ Deanna S. Wow! Congrats!! So jelly. I havent had that moment yet. I'm pretty indecisive in general too... I wonder if I would know it right away.

I have gone to one shop and liked one dress there a lot. I have an appt tomorrow and then there is a dress that caught my eye that's actually a bridesmaid dress that no shop in Orlando has, so I have an appt to try it on in Dallas when I go visit a friend in September.

@Jessica Thanks, 1st one is my #1 fav yet too. Although it's definitely my top favorite I just didn't have that feeling that this is it. Maybe I'm hesitant to make the decision the same day because of dress regret. Also I really want to check out this one dress shop my friend was raving about.

Honestly I'm indecisive also! I knew I had found the one when I couldn't stop thinking about it. I didn't cry or anything when I put it on, but I kept thinking about it for days afterwards. If you're not thinking about them all the time, maybe keep looking. But be open to new styles! You can be surprised!!!

@Chelsea YAY! fellow indecisive-r! That might be the case for me too. I think I will have to sleep on it to find out.

I'm in the same boat as you! I've tried on about 10-15 dresses so far and there is only one that I like a lot. I haven't had that "this is the one" feeling yet but I really do want that feeling!!

Tomorrow I'm going to Kleinfeld . I live in NYC so I figure why not! But with my budget not sure I will find one there haha but ya never know right? Lol

I have to go to another appointment with my family but my mom dad sister and I all went to try on dresses so I could narrow down what style I wanted and when we were trying on the dresses I think we found the one xD

Keep looking though, if you're not totally sure. I haven't actually found mine yet, so I can't weight in on what it should feel like. However, that first dress looks amazing on you.
