If you're on a budget, check the parks department website for event rentals. Otherwise try eventective.com

Providence Cotton Mill! https://www.theprovidencecottonmill.com/
Right outside of Charlotte in Maiden, NC. It is so beautiful! I have a friend who got married there and they were very pleased with the venue and venue staff. Not sure what you consider “affordable”, but when we looked at them I thought it was reasonable. The only reason we didn’t book with them is because they did not have fall availability.

I'd recommend looking into local parks (like Col. Francis Beatty Park and Jetton Park), community centers, and event halls. You should also reach out to Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, Mint Museum Randolph, The Farm at Brusharbor, The Saratoga Springs, Carolina Country Weddings and Events, and Vista at Walnut Hill which all have affordable starting prices!

Hi there thank you so much I will definitely check it out I just know parks are getting hard Bc of Covid but we want to do outdoors and nothing to expensive since we was doing our wedding December 19 but we had to canceled cause of Covid
