Go on eventective.com and look for venues that allow you to bring in your own caterer. Or a venue through the local parks department. Those will be much cheaper than any all inclusive venue.

The Hamilton Place Embassy Suites has really affordable rates, and Stratton Hall and Church on Main just have space rental fees.
