About

The Ocoee River Barn is a wedding, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and reception venue in Southeast Tennessee, 15 miles east of Cleveland, Tn. and I-75. We are 50 miles east of Chattanooga, 75 miles south of Knoxville and 100 miles north of Atlanta. Our wedding venue's rustic, comfortable, and laid-back style make it perfect for the couple looking for a stress-free country wedding. The Ocoee River Barn has restrooms, two counter areas for food and beverage service, a kitchen area with refrigerator, a stage for your ceremony (and a band afterward), picnic tables, and a dance floor where we can place hay bales for seating. There are acres of parking area and plenty of room to do your ceremony outside and then move inside for the post-ceremony events, if you choose.

Perfect Venue - Our Daughter had her dream wedding!

This is the most beautiful venue we saw when we were searching for a place for our daughter to get married. When she saw it, she fell in love with it. Meg answered every question we had and was able to help us as we ironed out the details of a "destination" wedding - even though it was only an hour away. The weekend of our wedding was one with record temperatures for the area, and it was hot, but the air conditioning made it bearable. The facility is so beautiful, you will need very little, if any, decor of your own. Tablecloths, centerpieces, maybe...150 chairs are available for rental at $1/each.
We rented nearby cabins for the weekend and our bridal party stayed overnight within 3 miles of the venue. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The owners are wonderful! One of our favorite things about the venue is the flexibility. Most places we were interested in renting required us to use certain bartenders, servers, and caterers. With The Ocoee River Barn we were allowed to serve our food however and from whoever we wanted. The rustic decor was absolutely perfect for our farm themed wedding! Out date was also accidentally double booked (the first time it had ever happened with them, by the way) and they handled it amazingly!! I was so shocked at how well they handled the situation and made sure we still got the wedding of our dreams. I will always recommend this venue!!

The Ocoee River Barn was absolutely perfect for our wedding and reception! The Southeast Tennessee setting is beautiful. The barn is gorgeous, inside and out, with plenty of perfect places for photos. It's comfortable and rustic, but spacious. I can't say enough about the owners. JT and Meg are incredibly helpful and accommodating. They are some of the most genuine people you will ever meet! And, a little secret, Meg is an amazing artist so if you want input on décor, you should definitely pick her brain!
You won't be disappointed!

I wouldn't change anything about my wedding reception. The Ocoee river barn was everything I ever wanted and fit all of my guests comfortably. They had the barn so beautifully decorated and literally all I had to do was put flowers on the tables. I had so many compliments on it and it's the best location for a wedding and/or reception. I love everything about the Ocoee River Barn!

We are planning our wedding here for May, and so far we are so happy. This location is absolutely beautiful. And you can't beat the price. Meg is so helpful with everything. You can tell she loves what she does. Most of the decor in the barn comes along with price which saves you a chunk of money, and is handcrafted by Meg herself! All I can really say is book asap, because they book up quick! Thank you Ocoee River Barn!

This is the best venue in the area for the price. We didn't need as much decoration wise because of how much is already there. Meg takes great care of the place, she is very responsive, and very helpful.

The location is beautiful even out in the country a bit.

Thank you for being such a great spot for the best day of our lives!

My wedding was so beautiful here. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful working with Meg was - she was prompt, extremely helpful, and very encouraging to my fiance and I. As it came closer to the wedding, we found out it was going to rain, and we had to accommodate inside. Everything worked out perfectly! It is such a beautiful venue, even with the rain, my wedding was gorgeous. I haven't gotten my professional pictures back yet, but I know the red barn, green trees, and twinkling lights made them unforgettable.
