Transportation for bridal party

Jess, on January 1, 2018 at 9:42 AM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 136
I'm booking my last vendor: transportation. Do the dates of the bridal party ride in the limo/party bus with the bridal party and bride and groom or is it just the bridal party? I'm just trying to figure out how many seats I'll need in the party bus.

I wouldn't get a party bus if I couldn't afford at least beer and wine for my guests.

My bridal party doesn't drink, so not really worried about it! Half are too young to drink, the other half don't enjoy drinking.

Not that I can't afford it, just not having it. But thanks for the input!

Just let them ride with their SOs. It’s not really a party bus if there isn’t a party.

The bridal party would like to ride together. We are getting a bus, just not sure if they're dates ride with us or separately.

Just because there isn't alcohol, doesn't mean it's not a party.

If they have already told you they want to ride together, why don’t you ask THEM if they want their dates with them.

I have. They don't care either way. So I'm trying to find the proper etiquette of what to do.

This post have NOTHING to do with alcohol. And if we don't want alcohol then we don't have it. Not everybody needs to have alcohol for a party.

If people aren’t drinking alcohol don’t waste money on the bus

If you’re taking a good chunk of time to take photos that isn’t just the standard cocktail hour, I think SOs should join you.

The people who would have utilized the alcohol won't be coming. Again, different post

Skip the "party" bus and Venetian hour and serve just beer and wine. If you can afford it like you state then there should be no issue.

    I agree!

No actually the 70-80 people were FH family. They cannot make it because of money and travel so we aren't going to buy alcohol.
