Throwback Thursday: wedding style

Awww how cute, Im on my work computer, but I'll be sure to post something once I get to my phone lol

My cousin (my MOH) and I were jr. bridesmaids for my aunt circa ... 1990? check out these puffy sleeves! I'm the one making the amazing tough guy face. I hated dresses when I was little. The handsome gentlemen in that pic are my brother (one of our groomsmen and my other cousin :-)

Here is my mom and dad! They were married 26 years ago and put their wedding together in under 3 months. They were married at a small church in my mom's hometown and then had the reception at my grandmother's house which my brother now owns! Check out my dad's unibrow.

That unibrow is awesome. I don't have any wedding pics of my parents, but I do have my mom's wedding dress. It's an embroidered muumuu, because the 70s were awesome. I'll have to take a pic when I get home.

Koch Bride, I can't look at your dad's brow when I am staring at that pimpin' pinky ring. Ha! Great pic!

@MissP hahaha! My dad is from Canada and went to the University of Waterloo. They have a "ring ceremony" there when you become an engineer. Neither of my parents have ever really worn their wedding rings but my dad wears that ring every day!

Also- here is my parents last year in front of the church they were married in for my cousin's wedding!

First pic is of my mom and dad in 1959 at their wedding. Second pic is my wedding in August 2004 at my BFF/MOH and her Hubby/BM's house. We got married on their back deck. Can you tell how windy it was? lol Third pic is the group pic of me, Hubby, my dad, BM, and MOH.

Nay, the picture with your veil at a complete 180 degree angle is awesomely hilarious. You look great though!

I was a flower girl in my moms wedding in 1994, (I was 5), though I dont have a photo. I just remember the coordinator yelling at me while I bawled my eyes out because I didnt want to throw my petals. They were too pretty. My mommy told her off haha.

I wish I could find a picture but I was a jr. bridesmaid in my brother's first wedding back in 2000. I was 11 or 12 but the dress definitely was a holy communion dress. It was horrible!

This was me looking like a little bride of Christ for my First Communion. My cousin/godfather's wife made the dress out of lace and raw silk. I remember getting so impatient when my mom was trying to button up the bajilion buttons in the back. Thank goodness my wedding dress has fake buttons and a zipper!

My parents have been married for 34 yrs.
