Hi everyone! I want to demote my MoH and move another girl up to it, I just don't know how to go about this. My MoH and I have grown apart, she's not a good person. Hi everyone! I want to demote my MoH and move another girl up to it, I just don't know how to go about this.

My MoH and I have grown apart, she's not a good person. She's rude to all my bridesmaids, she's rude to me and my fiance, she has not made any effort to plan anything towards my Bachelorette party or Bridal shower, she's been rude to vendors we've met with. She made a huge deal about the price of the bridesmaids dresses me and all the other girls liked ($190) when she makes double what the rest of us make. There's a ton of other things, those are just a few I could think of right now.

Any time I try mentioning one of the other girls in the wedding she gets jealous and passive aggressive. I'm over it and I don't want her to be my MoH any more, I'm just so anxious about it. I want so badly to just do it over text because I know she's going to blow up on me, but I know I should do it in person.

Anyone have any advice??

It's a destination wedding! I had to include info about flight and hotel cost! If they can't afford, I had to prepare them in advance. Didn't want surprises if they can't even attend due to cost.

Your dog is beautiful, by the way.

@Delfina YESSS! Give me all the puppies!!!

Quick story about Dalmatians. My grandfather had one and she passed a year before my gramps did. I have not come in contact with another Dalmatian since. I have not been to my grandpa's grave site since a year after he passed in 2005. It's an hour drive and I just so happened to be in that particular area at a dog shelter with my FMIL/FFIL because they were adopting another dog. When we left, I asked if we could stop at the cemetery and they said sure because my FH grandparents are in the same place. I stopped on the side of the road at some random farmer's market and picked up sunflowers to put down for both my grandma and grandpa. When I went in there, there were 2 dalmatians sitting in there that belonged to the owner. I actually got a little emotional because I am not a big believer of signs, but what a sign that was.

I also love german shepherds. Best Hijack ever!

Do you guys know the dalmatians crossed with labradors are called dalmadors and they are pure joy in canine form?

    Now we all know!

@Delfina Thank you so much! Her fur is shorter now that it is hot, but she is a fluffball on four legs! Smiley smile

Your pup is so cute with that face! Beautiful coat as well! Smiley smile

I don't have a dog but I do have a rescue kitty, Lilo! She's the grey one. She's a year old now and I got her from under a dumpster by my apartment when she was 6 weeks old

I would talk to her about it alone first and if she keeps it up don't even bother demoting her, kick her out of the party. It sounds like she's making the whole group miss out on what's suppose to be fun memories. If she's doing it now, she'll keep doing it all the way up the wedding day. Sorry if this rubs anyone the wrong way. I'm a straight shooter, I start short cicuiting whenever I try to sugarcoat things. But if you talk with her, at least youre playing it fair and giving her a chance. From then on out is up to her and how she chooses to act knowing the consequences.

I gotta say... I am going through this experience right now and I am SO SORRY for all of the horrible responses you got on this post. I know it was in 2017 but almost all of these responses are super rude and you were asking a genuine question and did not deserve these answers.

What did you end up doing?? I am going through this now with my MoH, my cousin. She’s sweet but has been MIA and very unhelpful. She promised me she’d do things but never does them unless I remind her multiple times, at which point I do most of it myself.
