Nancy beat me to it Smiley smile We don't have an app but we do have a site called EventWire:

    http://www.eventwire.com/

You can also use WeddingWire to find vendors, and specifically look for Event Reviews and FAQs that note that they service other events.

As some of the previous posters have brought up - keep in mind that prices will definitely change over the next few years, and most vendors will not be able to reserve your date until closer to the actual event!

I am not even going to waste my time reading all the Hate on this thread I do not understand WHY some people on here find it necessary to just be Rude for the sake of being rude did your parents ever teach you the old saying if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all?

OP simply asked for planning advise. who cares when the event is or what it is if you don't have an answer to her simple question leave her alone!

OP I am planning my daughter sweet 16 also not on the scale you are but still very important to her have fun with it its ok to dream for years my mom and I talked about it for 3 years

Some cultures plan crazy over the top parties for kids, in my culture we plan crazy over the top parties (for does that can afford it) for 15 year old girls which are the quinceaneras its a tradition, its pretty much a sweet 16 party so i see her wanting an app for her daughters party even though i do think is way to early,my daughter is about to be 13 in 1 month but as soon as she turns 14 we are going to start planning her 15... i think pinterest will help a lot, my daughter has been growing her hair since she was 11 because she said she want to have a nice hairdo for her 15

My child hasn't been conceived yet, but due to her (or his) incredible personality and what are sure to be outstanding grades, we will be purchasing a Ferrari for their birthday. Can't wait to see the look on their face!

I wrote and deleted a post 4 times. I have nothing positive to add to this. I grew up hella poor in a hella rich area. Must be nice to have a party and get a BMW or Range Rover at 16. I bought myself a sexyass 94 Honda Accord with money I made hostessing and babysitting.

Yvette I may be your long-lost daughter.

You can feel free to throw a BMW or Range Rover my way.

Shit...I'll be cool with a car that has a sunroof.

@Yvette V. I'm sorry there are so many people on here being rude to your question. It's really uncalled for especially since they weren't giving any helpful advice. For those who have given you actually helpful advice I agree with their thoughts on the matter.

Perspective, people. There's a LOT of people who think spending hundreds to thousands of dollars planning a wedding is also unnecessary. Depends on what you've grown up with and what you're used to.

I don't think it's ridiculous at all. Idk why it's such a big deal to ask. Most cultures have some sort of big celebration for teenagers as they become young ladies and gentlemen.

Good for you for thinking ahead! My niece and nephew had a quincenera together and it got a little hectic while planning but turned out fine!

For sure you can find lots of ideas on Pinterest and YouTube, etc. But as far as planning, I don't see why you can't use a wedding app. It's similar to a wedding but doesn't have to be too extreme.

If you find something let me know!

Omg.. what unnecessary comments. To answer you question Yvette, no there are no apps. I too searched for one. Quinceanera.com was a bit helpful since they do list some vendors but not all. We just hosted our daughters quinceanera 3 wks ago and I used wedding wire to find a few of our vendors ( florist, photographer/ videographer). So you may find it helpful too! I wish you all the best of luck!! We started planning 2.5 yrs ahead as we expected it to be a 600 guest event...but it had been in discussion for years since quinceaneras are traditional in my family. When searching for venues, I highly recommend selecting one that offers packages (catering, dj, linens) as it helps to keep your vendor list down.
