Cheapest place to buy wood plaques for DIY wedding signs, chalkboards (small & large) & wood slices for centerpieces?

Also, tiered stands, and cake stands.

My theme is rustic

I'd check out Hobby Lobby when they are doing their 50% off wedding stuff and the 50% off unfinished wood items sales - that's where I've stocked up on stuff.

Another place to check is Amazon.

I agree with Hobby Lobby. Also may want to check out your local thrift stores, they have some nice finds in there too.

Michael's has good prices on their wood stuff. I got all of my signs for $7/ea (sometimes less depending on what coupons I had!)

A.C. Moore (at least the one by me) has a really big selection of various wood products and chalkboards that can be customized. I don't know if they're the cheapest but they're always having sales and sending out coupons so it's pretty easy to get a good deal there.

Hobby Lobby has a ton of wood signs right now that you can do DIY projects on. I know they have the little wood slabs often too. I just got a really cute smaller chalkboard from there too, when they were doing 50% off wedding decor. They usually have a 30%-40% coupon on one item for in store and online too. You could easily save a ton by going to the store and getting one item a day, or ordering online once a day, haha!

I live about midway to 2 large cities, so I stop in the dollar tree in each city about twice a week and find totally different things at each. I have found chalkboards and wood plaques at one and small to medium wood slices at another store.

I've found Michael's to be cheaper than Hobby Lobby because you can ALWAYS find coupons online and there are plenty of sales! Good luck!

Hi Sarah! Did you find somewhere to get all these items yet? Where did you end up buying them from?
