Soul Train Line At Wedding. Any thoughts??

So I'm sitting coming up with music for reception, when it dawned on me that people may not dance because they can't or will worry what others may think. I figured the open bar will give some courage. I hope. To keep dance floor packed I was thinking about soul train line. Your thoughts ladies.

We did it at my rec. It depends on the music and the crow of people you have. I have not been to a recp yet were they don't to the cupid shuffle or step in the name of love by R Kelly. No more electric slide though.

We will definitely do a soultrain line. I love to dance and the majority of the crowd does too. So this should be fun!

If you hire a great DJ, he'll keep the dance floor busy. I don't know what a soul train line is- but some of the line dances get people out there- Cupid Shuffle, Copperhead road, Soulja Boi, The Wobble, even the Macarena. It works...

We did a soul train line and every group/line dance there was to do. I was sore the next day for our family brunch it wasn't funny. I think it's a great idea! And the open bar will definitely help...ALOT

Yeah, it happened spontaneously at our wedding and was ABSOLUTELY hilarious! There is one picture of my Matron of Honor's husband slapping her ass going down the line! It was priceless. I will post it if I get a chance.

Soul Train hell yeah! It's def on our list!

Oh and the Electric Slide is a must at our wedding. My older family members would riot if we didn't do it.

but (if i may comment)
The guests take their cue from the B&G.. If YOU are having fun and are continuously on the dance floor, they will follow suit..
A soul train line (if handled correctly) would be awesome!

Love that idea!
Also the cupid shuffle & the wobble will definitely get people going!
We do alot of ballroom hustles & other hustles here so that's what I gotta keep in mind when making my playlist
