September 2022 Brides, are you ready?

We just have some logistical things - seating chart, song lists, photo list, etc

We have to put together our invitation suites to get them ready to be mailed.

We have to buy gifts for our parents and wedding parties (I've already started for my girls)

We have to meet with our officiant (FH's cousin) to figure out the ceremony details.

Everything else is pretty much done. I have two bridal showers in June, Bachelorette in August.

We also have more logistical things. All our vendors are booked, except guest transportation, that we're still deciding on if we need. We have our invitations finalized and are almost ready to get them ordered, and then more logistical things like getting the dress fitted, getting decorations, getting the song recommendations to the DJ, getting bridal party and parent gifts, day-of schedule, seating chart etc.

Vendors are all set. Bridal party attire is set…It’s just logistics as well…ordering invitations, finalizing decor and getting all that ordered, coordinating day of timelines, seating charts and getting gifts together. I have my first fitting in June. Definitely feeling the pressure! I know these last months are going to fly by!

Similar page as everyone else. Just some logistics left to do, which can't be done yet.

All vendors are booked, wedding website is ready, decorations all set. Just have to send invites in June, figure out seating chart and wedding signage, get my second (more comfy) dress for the night, and do a make-up/hair trial end of May. Time is just flying!

I am an October bride and I feel like I so much to do and so little time. My bridesmaid are taking turns coming to my home to assist with my DYI projects. Slowly but surely getting there. Hope you all her getting there too.

Everything for the most part is pretty set. Just working on song list, photo list etc. Working on getting gifts for parents and bridal party. Also working on setting the vibes for my bachelorette in August 💃🏾💃🏾

Lawd it seems like there’s still so much to do! Venue booked! Wedding dressing is being custom made last fitting is in July. Caterer booked. Videographer booked. DJ booked. Cake has been picked out. Linens and decor ordered. Groomsmen and ringer bearer suits have been selected a bridesmaids and flower girl dresses have been selected. Still so much to do! The pressure is definitely on!

Yess the first weekend of sep is mine. I have to get my shoes and hair piece, flowers and cake!

Ugh, no I feel so behind! My ordered dress was discontinued by the designer so I have to go shopping AGAIN which is a disappointment. Otherwise, all my vendors are booked, and we're doing invitations, smaller logistics now.

I’ve got most of the major things done Just working on small details now like 👍🏼 lace settings and signageSince we are having a destination wedding I’m having a hard time seeing the design coming together in my head. Im slightly nervous that my choices won’t look right together or flow with the aesthetic or f the outdoor venue I’m also in full swing for the planning my bridal shower; ordering guest gifts & choosing beverages! We also set up our “last hoorah” to our single hood with an overnight kayaking trip & 20 of our closest friends And finally, as I’ve been doing for the last year; I’m shopping for purses, clothes & shoes for each wedding event & our honeymoon in St Lucia!! The hard part now is my stress over paying for it all lolol Good thing my fiancé is a wonderful saver!!

I'm stressing over not being able to find a full service caterer. The catering place I was gonna go with hung up on me 2 minutes into the phone call, and never called back. Not even an email explaining happened.

Also, I can't seem to find a male officiant. I want to keep the ceremony traditional, and all Ive been finding are women, expensive officiants, or creeps. 😖
Thankfully though, my dress fits perfect, artificial bouquets are made, invitations are ready to be sent out, and I have all my other vendors set in place.

I'm looking at all-inclusive resorts somewhere tropical for the honeymoon. But I'm worried about hurricane season for September for the Bahamas/Caribbean/Mexico??
Also, has anyone booked any affordable all-inclusive honeymoons??

Vendors are all booked! Wedding dress, Food, Florist, makeup artist and photographer are all paid off completely! We only owe a little bit more on our venue plus the cake, bartender and DJ.. I got most of my decorations together (made a lot of them using my cricut) centerpieces are complete! I still have to work on a bar menu sign, food menu sign and a appetizer sign for cocktail hour and I’m currently in the process of making our wedding invitations but I don’t plan on sending those out until Maybe June ! We just got our 3 daughters there flower girl dresses today which I’m super excited about! I still need to buy a veil but I got my hairpiece and some pretty earrings that I’m so excited to wear. All the bridesmaids got there dresses from David’s. In July the men will go get there suits and all that jazz. We have a ton more to do but we are doing good on time! September 17th here 🤗

Lol I am SO far behind. I have my venue, dress, DJ and videographer. Nothing else 🙃

We're having our wedding on Labor Day Weekend, (Sept 3rd) do you think may is too early to send out invites? I just want people to be aware of the date before they make other plans.
