September 2022 Brides, are you ready?

All the big items are planned/booked. Any recommendations as far as decorations? I’m having trouble between having to rent/hire decorators and doing it DIY.

Most of the really important things are done me having a pretty all-inclusive venue is so helpful but I am getting ready to send out invitations. I am already 142 days away. I am nervous and excited all at the same time.

Ours is Sept 10! I just finalized decor ideas. Colors are Royal Blue and Rose Gold. I have been working on a wedding website for invites and will be sending out this weekend! Its better to give as much notice as possible! Most of my family are out of state so I told them last year about the date

It's a little early for invites. I would definitely send some save the dates though! If you are trying to conserve cash, you can send out a no-reply email or even some text messages to make sure your most important guests know about the date. If you don't feel like going through the hassle, just send the invite. Rather be safe than sorry considering your wedding falls on a traditionally busy weekend for people. hope the helps

We have vendors booked, diy decor almost done. Dresses and suits ordered for those that can.

Most of the big stuff is done, but y'all are making me feel like I'm behind! Lol. Venue, caterer, videographer, photographer, band, etc. all booked, dress chosen, bridesmaid dresses chosen, tuxes, etc.. The only "big" things I have left to book are officiant (vetting now), transportation, cake (still undecided if we fully want one), and a late night food truck idea And then of course all the logistical things, need to order invites, etc. I hope I am on track !

I hired a decorator and I'm thrilled I did, love her designs and visions and for me doesn't seem worth the stress of DIY (I watched a good friend do a very good, but very hands-on DIY wedding and TBH she seemed miserable doing it, so much stress)

September 24 in Savannah Georgia!
I feel like I still have so much to do and am behind. But really all my vendors are booked. Wedding party attire is picked out and most of the girls have their dresses already. I have my invitations just need to put them together. And need to start getting decor. Especially since I’m mostly DIYing the decor. Anyone else doing some DIY?

We have just about everything, getting some final decor together and then all will be done!
