What are your colors/theme?

You could just find a really cool big posterboard / picture you like as the background. Then at the office supply store get a pack of business cards. Avery is a good brand. It will come with instructions on how to find the correct template in MS Word. You can set up the colors and fonts how you'd like them on your computer ... print.

Then find a neat way to atach them to your posterboard. Hard to suggest details without knowing the theme and colors.

Black and white with a touch of Damask and magenta pink. I need it to be the alphabetical seating chart for people to find their tables. I think I found one on weddingwire from a fellow bride, going to try it now, hope it works.....

Hayley- yours is the one I am trying.....we have 204 guests, I'm not sure how to change the size, my names are not fitting on it....any advice?

You would just select a column and use the "copy" "paste" to make more rows.

Make the names by couples instead of individuals... then you only need to fit 102ish.

Make all the fonts size 6 or 7. Once you take it to kinkos and blow it up to a larger frame the font will become size 10 or 12.

Also, check out the "paragraph" spacing. I think some of them were changed on the original to have the names line up at the bottom.

The top one had 160 some names, I think... I had centered it for her and added the monogram. If you get all your names in I can add some images to it for you.
