Quiz: Should You Have a Band, DJ, or Both?

I went with DJ! I had a friend who did both and that seemed nice but also excessive, I don't think both is necessary

I got band!! They nailed me!

My results were a band and a DJ which is spot on!! We hired a Band for the wedding but the band does everything including DJ when needed

Mine said band but I totally disagree! I love a DJ. Bands are great, but they cost more than double a DJ most of the time, and i'm already having a nearly impossible time finding a DJ I can afford

I got DJ! I’m getting the best of both worlds at my wedding because I’ll have live music at our ceremony & a DJ at the reception. For the ceremony, our musicians play the guitar, piano, cello, and sing!

Mine said band and DJ but we went with a DJ. I like being able to pick every song and know what I’m getting.

It got me just right, it said I should have a DJ and that's just what I had! I did have live music for my ceremony, but for my reception, this was spot on

I had a DJ for ceremony and reception. Not a big fan of bans but I had a saxophone player for our cocktail hour. It was beautiful.

We're doing both. The band people didn't feel comfortable with MCing a wedding, and their repetoire was limited to 50s-70s songs--I wanted to have 80s songs in there too, so I hired a DJ. We will probably have the DJ do the beginning and start the party then, when he is done, bring on the band.

My result was a DJ. Which is great since we just booked ours! lol
