Questions for venue

Brittany, on November 7, 2019 at 1:49 PM Posted in Planning 0 3
Hi all, so we are going to our tasting and are able to do another walk through to finalize some details. I want to make a list of questions about the day of, decorating, and whatever else having to do with planning. What are some questions or things you wish you would've figured out before the big day or what are some that you think are important to ask?

Thanks in advance!

Definitely what time you will have access to the venue for decorating, rehearsal, etc.

when does tear down need to be completed?

who is responsible for trash and where do you put it?

    Do you need wedding insurance?

can you bring your own alcohol? Is there a corkage fee? Do you have to use their bartender?

check out the number of electrical outlets and their locations.

where do guests park? Is there enough parking for your event?

If you're outside or are doing anything outside, what are the plans for rain?

Are you allowed to decorate yourself or staff only? (We're not allowed to get on ladders on property)

Outside food and drink policy? (Some people like doing sweet tables, ice cream cart, etc.)
