This one is a bit of a splurge! Luckily for the price we're paying it's a photo/video package so I'm happy!

Our photographer was included in our vanue price! We got our honeymoon pictures done however and eh...there are only about 12 super good ones out of 75. This is unfortunate but what are you gonna do?!

In between! We got an amazing photographer/videographer/photo booth package during a great sale so we saved over $1,000.

Save - my FSIL is a professional photographer and she offered to do our pictures for free. However, we are giving her a $500 tip. Still cheaper than hiring a different photographer.

Photography was the most important to me but I didn't want to completely splurge. I think we got a pretty good deal for what we're getting.

Somewhat of a splurge. We went for the most popular package that included an engagement session and a wedding album and skipped the extras of a second shooter and extended hours to pull back the pricing.

This was our second splurge. But looking back, I think we could've gotten the same quality of pictures and a better experience with a cheaper photographer.

Every one of my favorite pictures of us has been done by my FSIL. She's amazing and does a great job editing.

A bit of both. We are spending the most on the photographer but we actually got a good deal. With the engagement shoot, album and 3hrs of wedding day coverage we are paying 1550 with more set aside if we need her to stay longer.

    Splurge!

Photos are the best way to remember the day.

Photography was the 2nd most expensive budget item for us, and I'm so glad we didn't balk at it. We might even have gotten a bit of a discount because of some connections, but it was still super pricey.
