Call the police department to report it, just say you are a neighbor but would rather not give our your address and name.

Yeah I have to agree with everyone else here if you've given them a heads up that you know and it bothers you then they should be smart enough to know that it's ILLIGAL and you can get their happy butts in trouble.

They are doing it right now, I went outside to talk on my phone cuz its just a gorgeous night tonight and immediately came right back in...anonymous is what ill be doing for sure.

Becareful about calling the police. I once had a neighbor who was being violently abused by her bf (I lived above her). She was about 6 mos pregnant when he was giving her the beating of a lifetime. I got really scared for her and was on the phone with a friend trying to decide if I should call the police. My friend told me to stay out of it but I'm guessing she heard me. One of our other neighbors called the police but she thought it was me. She threatened to kill me several times (yelling through the walls) because I got in her business.

That is why i have been taking forever whether i want to call the police but i pay to live here in my home with my child that i am suppose to be protecting and taking care of her and i do my best but its kinda hard to do with the chance of contact high if i open my door and windows or risk them knowing it was me because i have mentioned it to them before and then theyll for sure know it was me and theyll probably be p.o! huhmmm what to do

You could tell your landlord?? If you give your landlord a call at this time at night its sure to raise concern with them. Not that that will immediately take care of the problem, but it wouldn't seem like its your fault then.

Attack him with a hose. It will ruin his pot. He will be pissed. Tell him you don't mind him smoking, but you never want to smell it again.

Do you live by me? I have the same problem... only it's not just one neighbor and the cigarettes are just as bad. too many times I wonder if they are running a speakeasy or something where they imbibe in smoking 30 packs of cigs and a pound of weed a day... cuz that's how bad and strong the smell is. but there isn't much I can do, it's not like the police don't know. They visit the house a few times a week. smh. I just do the best I can. I feel your pain.

Please at least talk to them about it one more time personally before you go to any extreme measures, and tell them that you really dont wanna have to do that. Sometimes pot heads dont realize that it upsets others so much, and you really want to give them another chance before ruining their life. Please keep in mind that cops dont always "protect and serve". They DO NOT think before they act, and they can prove to be very harmful. Dont call them if you dont have to. Believe it or not, most pot heads are pretty harmless, and pretty paranoid and scared. Also, make sure they do not have a problem that marijauna helps them with. Just be careful with this, that's all. I am really sorry it is so close to your child, that is just unacceptable.

One thing Ive learned about pot heads is that they dont care. My ex bf smoked and when my son and I moved in, I told him he had to smoke in the garage. I am extremely allergice to it. He thought he would be sneaky and smoke it when I was sleeping or when I wasnt home. I kept waking up in anaphylactic shock. He tried to tell me he wasnt smoking.

I agree luckyones but if it is some medical marijuana or something like that then they still should smoke it in the privacy of their own home and not outside especially after ive already asked them to atleast smoke out front instead of back where all my windows are...

One thing I don't get... what is the big idea with this skunky pot? How is that even appealing? I mean, I don't smoke pot but I don't understand why someone that does doesn't mind smelling like a skunk? It just makes no sense to me.

Tell Smokey McTokes Alot that if he doesn't stop smoking his reefer outside you WILL call the cops.Stoners don't like cops and just threatening him with the word cop will probably be enough to get him to stop.If he still doesn't stop,then the stupid pothead deserves to go to jail.It's fine and dandy that he smokes pot,but it's BS that you and your kid have to smell it.
