No BridesMaid Dresses 17 days before my wedding!

How formal is your wedding? My suggestion would be to go to someplace like Macys, Bloomingdales, so other department stores and check out thiur prom dress section. So sorry this happened to you.

Well, if you used credit cards, do a chargeback, if you did checks, stop payment on them.

I agree with Lynley - you're not going to find bridesmaids gowns on such short notice. But since it's Homecoming season, you stand a good chance of finding some dresses at a department store, Filene's Basement, Cache, etc.

At this point, you'd really need to find them off the rack, as opposed to having them shipped. And with six bridesmaids, it may be a challenge to find them.

I don't know what your colors are, but have you considered just not having them match? I know some people have had all the BMs wear little black dresses. And I promise your wedding will still be legal even if they all just wear nice dresses they already own.

2d bride - I'm going the cocktail dress route, except my MOH sister who will be wearing a black pantsuit.

My colors are Ivory Chocolate and Orange. Im getting their money back tomorrow but it took forever to find dresses I loved. I just think this guy should pay! He wasted my time and money there has to be somewhere I can go thru to get it resolved no?

Do you have the store named Deb near you? They tend to have a lot of the flowy type dresses like that in their prom dress section

You see its a fall themed wedding and the flower girls dresses matched in chocolate and so did the flowers the dresses have to be in chocolate. You guys dont think Davids or somewhere will be able to rush deliver them before the wedding?

Could you get off the rack dresses at David's Bridal, I think they can call round other stores to get dresses in?

I know because my hostesses at my wedding ordered their dresses from them. They are all around $70 are less. Make sure to get the girls sized to ensure you get the right size.
