So here are a few pictures of my unique venue. I’m wanting to do a under the stars/in the mountain kind of theme. Since my ceremony will be separate at an overlook around 6pm, and reception starting at 7pm . I’d like to incorporate a bit of both. I have a few ideas but need a little bit more decorations ideas.
Seating I thought would be nice as two long tables with a Sweetheart table at the end.

Give me ideas for moons and stars and mountains !!

I love your venue! its beautiful. you can really glam this up to make it perfect. I would suggest searching on pinterest to see any ideas they might have. do you have room in your budget for a decorator?

with the date coming close thought im getting nervous. i was having a small elopement, invited about 50. we told the venue our guest count is prob going to be 30. Now im not sure if the guest count will even be 30. what do i do if it drops under 25 -20 people?
Do i still go on with the tiny reception? not have a DJ? and just play music?
what if the venue doesnt want to do such a tiny event for a few people?
starting to get alot of anxiety!!!!!!

In your agreement with the venue, what is the minimum number of guests that are required? Did you discuss what would happen if your guest list was less than this?
I would encourage you to go with whatever you can afford with your budget. If you had originally decided and allowed budget for a DJ. If you still want to have one, I wouldn't just cancel this because the guest list is less. You do whatever you and your FS want to do
