Need to lose weight!

Hello everyone!
I need to lose weight to fit my dress ! What do you guys recommend me doing ? I've lost 10 pounds... but it seems like I gained it back ! In serious need of help !! Thank you !

    Remember to drink loads of water! Try to choose walking whenever that is an option instead of driving etc. DON'T snack! Thats the worst one (Im terrible with this one lol). Also, try to ration your portions. I used to over-eat alot, but we rarely need as much as we put on our plate to begin with. This has helped me immensely!!

    I drink a ton of water and eat a lot of protein. Don’t drink your calories

    It’s all about what you eat!!!!!! Eat more healthier,
    less process food, more veggies and fruits, less bad carbs. More home made meals.. and workout!!!

    I've lost 50 pounds with weight watchers. I have a about 20 more to go to be where I want to be, but with all that's been going on in my life, I've focused on maintaining my weight right now. It's really helped me to learn how to eat healthy without feeling deprived of anything. I highly recommend it, especially because you can scan bar codes with their app to easily see how many points a food would be worth, it really made it just so easy for me. The main catch to it is you have to be honest with yourself about what you're eating, and track it

    Intermittent fasting with counting calories. I’ve lost 24 pounds since February, and eat whatever I want. (But I don’t drink my calories)

    No sugar, dairy or carbs. It’s not easy but it’s a simple rule.

    The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Eating “healthy” foods or restricting a certain food group won’t matter if you’re still consuming more calories than you’re burning off.

    Keto-

    Do small meals and lots of water. And add in some intermittent fasting too. These things have helped me. My experience is -50 lbs in 6 months. And I restarted my diet 4/1 and have lost 7 lbs in 33 days. I have 10 more to go to reach my goal weight

    What works for me is walking. I walk whenever I can. I am going to the gym yes, but I walk just about every day, for at least 15 minutes, usually longer. Not power walking, just walking around my area. It not only is helping the weight come off, but it helps clear my head from wedding planning and other stress

    If you drink soda cut them out, you will loose two pounds a week just by doing that. Walk walk and walk!!! Portion your food but still eat what you want. If your looking for a magic pill the only one out there is adipex you can only get from a doctor. You will loose about 13 pounds a month on them. I've done it all. I lost 179 pounds Smiley smile but gained 30 back on purpose

    YES YES YES YES I have to agree with you CruzWin. I started Keto back in Feburary and my co workers are telling me how much of a weight lost I have made. When I order my wedding dress for a size 14 I was actually a size 16, with keto I was able to fit my wedding dress size 14 with no problem and I'm still on keto. I'm trying to get my soon to be hubby to try it. Cause he notice the lost in weight.. Try it for two week and see if you feel different.

    I agree with Keto. Drink lots of water. Cut out fried and processed foods and no sugar.
    Exercise...I use hand weights and workout to dvds at home, I also do Pilates, and I walk, walk, walk.
    I use myfitbit daily as a guide...I park at the far end of the parking lot when ever possible.
    Little things add up.

    Atkins 100%. Max 20 carbs a day and you’ll loose inches every single week! I only have 9 more pounds to go then I’ll be in the maintenance phase which allows much more carbs. If you like meat and cheese and leafy veggies then this works!

    I'm trying to cut down on sugar, I've taken soda completely out and have cut most coffee out. I drink water a lot, and I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies as snacks instead of chips or sugar.

    When I bought my dress, it fit me to a perfect T! I need to be sure that I don't gain or loose any weight hahaha

    Water as your only beverage (black coffee if you need caffeine) raw fruits and veggies and lean protein. Make your own salad dressing. Every body is different but what works for me is not focusing solely on caloric intake, but fat and sugar content as well so watch out for hidden sugars in things.
    As for exercise, I love Fitness Blender’s HIIT workouts (free on YouTube!) Congratulats on the weight you’ve already lost and good luck with your goals! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

    Hi. FB. I am currently on a diet and its called Omnitrition. Its very good and it works wonders. You will be able to lose weight instantly as long as you follow protocol.

    What is your goal weight and when is your BIG DAY?

    Finally, someone who knows/mentions Fitness Blender!! They’re a great work out couple and I had great results using their free HIIT workouts on youtube! They also have a bunch of other non HIIT workouts that are great as well! ❤️

    I did no carbs or sugar and lost a good amount of weight. I was not overweight to begin with but it helped out a lot Smiley smile Good luck
