Yes!! I love them so much and I love the variety of workouts they offer. I’m not doing HIIT every time, that’s for sure! 😂

Try keto. No sugar and stay under 20g carbs per day. I’ve lost almost 20 lbs in about 3.5 months

My diet is where I lose weight. Exercise is for shaping, conditioning, and priming my muscles for maximum fat burning.

For y diet I eat small portions. I focus on proteins, veggies, and fruits (citrus). I stay away from processed foods, sugar, and dairy. I drink loads of water and do not eat anything heavy after 6pm and take my vitamins daily.

My exercise is through a trainer. I go to a one hour class 3 to 4 times a week. The workouts are never the same fro day to day which works great for me.

My goal before my wedding day is to lose 30 lbs. I started my goal the last week of March 2019. So far, I've lost 9 lbs and inches off my waist, hips, and thighs. At this pace, I will have accomplished my goal by July 2019.

I started eating my carbs in the morning, instead of at night and saw a substantial difference in my waistline. I gave up dairy and also saw my stomach completely de-bloat!

I've also been using Steph Yoga - www.stephyoga.com - you only have to workout 3 times a week for 45 minutes all from home! it's really hard, but I've already lost 1 inch off my waist in four weeks.

Try weight watchers. They had a free month when you subscribe for 3 just a couple months back. I've been lazy about it lately, but all I've wanted to lose is 10lbs. I took off over 6 in like 3 weeks. But then I went on a cruise and put 4 back on, lol. I hit my goal last week and am shooting for another 4 or 5lbs. It works! You get to eat pretty much whatever you want, but within reason. You can have a muffin for breakfast, but then watch it the rest of the day. I'm tellin' you lady, it works. My wedding is in October, dress is supposed to come in late July, so I'm biding my time and taking it off very slowly to ensure I don't gain it back.

Same here. Been on it since late January. I lost 6lbs for a cruise in February, but put 4 back on. I only wanted to lose 10lbs and I hit that last week. I'm aiming for another 4 or 5. Slow and steady. Wedding is in October, so I'm not in any kind of rush. And yes, you gotta be honest with yourself. On the positive side, their point system keeps your calories very very low to begin with, so if I forget to log a cup of coffee with creamer, I'm not sad about it, lol.

I am on a realistic, attainable low carb (not no carb/ not keto) no sugar diet. I also do 45 minutes of cardio and have a arms / legs / butt 3 day workout routine I go through all week then take one day off the gym a week. for example; monday- 45 min. cardio + arms- tuesday same cardio + legs - Wednesday- same cardio + butt workouts. My stomach is my problem area so I do abdominal workout every single day on top of that. 20 pounds down since december. I wasn't as intensive about it at first though. I didn't have NO sugar until recently. I'm starting a 5 week program where I meet weekly with a nutritional therapy practitioner and will be eating what I am allowed to in her program and continuing with the same exercise.

To everyone saying water, YES YES YES. If I gain weight it's usually because I'm not drinking enough and my body is retaining water.

If it's in your budget, I highly recommend Beachbody...you likely have a friend in your circle that is a coach, if not I'm happy to tell you more. But they come with workouts and meal plans and I've seen great success with that. Your coach also adds accountability which helps on days you aren't motivated to work out.

If you're not in a position where you have to lose weight to fit in your dress, I would recommend doing some personal development as well. It has helped me be happy with my body even though I'm not yet at my goal weight.

    good luck Smiley heart

No soda, no processed foods. Drink only water and plenty of it. Cook lean meats, poultry and eat plenty of veggies. You don’t need to diet, it needs to be a lifestyle change!
