Naked Cakes: Overrated or Underrated?

I don’t care for them at all. Looks unfinished to me and cake should have frosting! Ha ha

Soooooo underrated!!!! This is how i would like my cake! Its simple yet classy and not so much sugar! I love it

I think they're underrated. They're so pretty. You can decorate the cake however you want and it won't matter there wasn't frosting

Overrated. They may look nice, but I like icing and not dry cake.

Underrated, but I am not a lover of heavy frosting so they’re my ideal!

Underrated. I’m not a frosting person and I feel like cakes with thick frosting or fondant just take away from the true flavor of a cake. If the cake is baked right and the flavor is amazing, then you won’t need frosting.

Overrated. I think it is a trend that will eventually phase out.

We don’t care for a lot of frosting and usually eat only the cake leaving most of the frosting behind so it only makes sense that our wedding cake represent us and what we like.

Overrated. They don’t fit my style and they just don’t have that timeless look. My FH hates icing, but even he doesn’t like them because he says the cake was too dry.

Depends on your style. As long as there isn't fondant a cake is good!
