My friend has scheduled her wedding to be three days before mine.

This is really upsetting me. My stomach is hurting with the anger and stress. But she is a really sweet person who was very apologetic when she told me the date and said that there was no other day they could do it. I need advice. What do I do to take my mind off of this?

LadyLee couldnt have said it better. I agree with everything she said. It shouldnt matter when her wedding is, and when yours is. As long as its not on the same day.

OMG I just read that article. It is CRAZY!! First I would never let my 16 year old daughter get married. Second, I would never let my 16 year old daughter dress like that. The whole thing is just nuts.

That article was a joke. Nobody who surfaces driveways could afford that much on a wedding...i dont care what you say. Maybe he cooks meth on the side? Or maybe he's pimping out his hot ass wife.
Seriously though, If my friend scheduled her wedding three days before mine, I would be upset too. But what can you do? Just make the best of the situation and try not to think about it. Luckily, you probably have enough wedding planning ahead to distract you.
