Wedding details
Donny and I actually went to highschool together. He was a senior and I was a freshman. I never noticed him and I'm certain he didn't notice me. So that's not where we met. We probably should have met when we were in a play together. It was Into the Woods put on by the Copperas Cove community theatre (I don't know if there was a proper name for it). Donny played the lead male role, the baker, and I played a tree. Um, the lead tree role, I mean. Yeah, we didn't even talk to each other. Then we both started working at the movie theatre in Copperas Cove. We started at about the same time, but he started out as a manager. So I was dressed as a clown and he was dressed as Raggedy Andy. Practically the same thing, right? Whatever, I didn't like him. He was too stressed out and my co-workers and I just wanted to hang out and screw around and he was all serious. But I got the feeling that underneath it all he was a cool person, a dork who could potentially be a fun person to hang around. Then one day he let loose and sang Karoke with us, a rap song by John Reuben. It was that moment when I knew that he was the one I wanted to marry. I didn't know it would actually happen, but I knew I wanted it. Well, I guess he got the same vibe, because before you knew it, he quit that crappy job. Then I quit that crappy job. Then we started dating. Then one thing led to another and I'm writing "Our Story" on some wedding planning website and my sister is up my ass about getting the guest list and what not. The End! Well, not really, but you know, I'm not writing any more here. =========================================================================================== Suela and I both graduated from Copperas Cove High School (GO BullDAWGS) a couple of years apart. She was in Colorguard, I was in Choir (for one semester), so, y'know, lots in common. After working at the theatre and getting our fill of red polo shirts and costumes for quite awhile, Suela and I started hanging out at her duplex. That was the hangout spot: Party at Suela's. Then, we went to a few Cove football games. One thing led to another, and we started dating in September of 2006. We've been living with one another since 2008, and Suela's been putting up with my video game hobby without kicking me out of the house yet! In fact, I've never met someone like Suela. She loves hanging out with me when I'm playing games and even joins in often. She'll join us for gaming weekends and loves hanging out with the guys. Suela enjoys watching football, hockey, and sometimes basketball (she tunes out whenever we talk about soccer, but I forgive her), and that's more than I could ever ask for. I'm definitely looking forward to our wedding and what events and experiences our marriage holds. I mean, come on, we're going to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida! We'll get to be on the What Would You Do? set, get slimed, run through the Hidden Temple, and climb the Aggrocrag! WOO!
