Makeup vendor suggestions

I’m getting married at Anthony’s Ocean View. None of my bridesmaids want makeup services and I’d rather not pay for people who don’t want their makeup done but I’m having trouble finding a makeup artist who doesn’t require a minimum. Does anyone know of any in the area? Just thought I’d ask before paying for 3 or 4 people when I am the only one getting my makeup done.
