Laser hair removal before wedding?

Anonymous, on June 4, 2012 at 10:11 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 7

Im thinking of trying laser hair removal for my underarms, and my wedding is June 30th. So im nervous about when to try it. I dont want to have to shave or wax before, so any thought about when to do it?

Unfortunately you don't have enough time. Laser takes 6 to 8 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart.

Will there be any difference after one treatment or will i still have to wax/shave a couple days before?

I agree with Kimber. I'm doing laser hair removal now. I had my first treatment back in late May and I go again this week. I have 4 more to go.

You can start it now and you will see some difference but it will not be the dramatic "no hair" change you might be expecting. Also, you can't allow more than around 4 to 6 weeks weeks to pass before your next treatment.

Just use some hair removal cream for the big day or get waxed...

Agree with Yardiegirl, I'm getting my last treatment next week, and one treatment won't give you a dramatic difference. If you want smooth, I'd suggest the waxing.

Do 6/5....then you can see how your skin reacts to it and know where to go from there
