Just the two of you: What's your thing?

We don't really have a visual thing. Our thing is we're big cuddlers. So if we're sitting next to each other we're always touching in some way. Can't help it, it's just what we do.

I don't think we have a thing either aha.

I love Halloween but it isn't really her favorite holiday. We did enjoy carving pumpkins this year while watching one of my favorite holiday movies, Hocus Pocus. We always dress up but while I'll have 2 or 3 costumes a year, she just focuses on the one.

We love riding our bikes together and love finding new places to take them. One of our things is to bike or just walk through one of our many local towns to look at the different shops or pop in some little place for lunch or a drink. One town in particular means so much to us we chose to have our private legal ceremony there, then walk around town like we always do before grabbing dinner at our favorite restaurant in town. We have others but I think that is the one that we indulge in most often.

We are looking forward to getting up to the mountains in VA next year. Our trip last year to Charlottesville was beautiful and I really want to go back. We are in Hampton Roads, VA so we go to Cape Charles often. We also enjoy Williamsburg and Richmond. Thanks for the tip on Shenandoah. I'll add it to our travel list.

View Quoted Comment Oh cool...VA has some pretty awesome places. The drive to Shenandoah is absolutely beautiful, we're in Maryland...you get to ride through the mountains. They also have little antique stores, a really small town movie theater like off the movies, 4 wheelers, kayaking, tours of the caves, the vineyards...like so much lol! You'll definitely enjoy it.

I would say that our “thing“ is traveling and also hosting parties at our house.

FH and I like taking multiple getaways together throughout the year, whether big or small. Over the next few months, we’re going to Las Vegas, Jamaica and on a cruise.... and we still have to figure out what our honeymoon will be in October. We also organize a few group weekend getaways with friends.

And, out of our circles, FH and I are the ones always hosting parties (NYE, our birthdays, game nights, football/Super Bowl, casino nights with real gambling tables and dealers, fight parties, etc.). The wedding is like the ultimate party for us. Since our friends already know how well we do it... they‘re looking forward to it!

Yesssss this sounds too much like us...I love it!!! We too, have our frequent trips throughout the year. Jamaica is going to be love 😍!!! Everyone actually thought we'd have a destination wedding because of our traveling but nope. I wanted to keep it at home and very close so that all of our loved ones could live it up for just one day with us! So yes a HUGE PARTY and we can't wait!

Hosting is another great thing...I can't wait for, Chapter: House to come into play. We've hosted a few things but we need more space. Sounds like you two are amazingly fun and adventurous people! #goodvibes Thanks for sharing!

Our anniversary is Halloween, so we just did a raid area 51 themed escape room last night. We've done Harry Potter themes, and secret agent themes. The next one is going to be a zombie virus outbreak theme.

Our thing is golfing every Sunday and then spending the afternoon watching football or taking a nap. Love it.....until I fractured my knee two weeks ago so no golf for quite a while for me. Oh well our favorite holiday is coming....Christmas!!

I love it! We love to have a fire in the backyard with some takeout (what we did yesturday) until we have kids haha

OMG I LOVE YOUR NERD COSTUME!!! lol You guys look fantastic in all of them! Halloween is my favorite holiday. I love that my birthday is 2 days before so I always got to have costume parties as a kid. Due to some health issues I haven't been able to go all out like I normally do the last couple years but hope to be back at it by next year!

We are a very laid back couple...we like playing cards and board games and stuff like that. We love camping and hiking so we do a good amount of that too. Basically anything where we can be together is our thing. lol

We have several things.1. Philly sports - we fell in love because we both LOVE the Phillies and the Eagles. Like, themed our wedding around the Phils, our house is decorated in Phils and Eagles things, we LOVE baseball.2. Theatre - we're both actors. We've worked together on stage, and I frequently end up beating him up on stage. Hence the swordfight at the wedding, when we were on the same team for once.3. Nerdy stuff - our officiant even worked this into our ceremony - we listen to historical podcasts while cleaning. We hate cleaning, so we make it better by learning stuff!

We do love Halloween, but we don't always match costumes. We did Princess Bride this year ... and then I got food poisoning, so it wasn't so much fun.
