No way! I budgeted for 350 max for a wedding dress and found one at David's bridal on clearance for $300. It was a perfect fit, just have to get it hemmed up.

I spent $320 on my dress total! It’s not about the cost of the dress but the quality!
I didn’t want to spend more than $500 but everything I was looking at was double that. Then I found one at a boutique that was consignment and $250. I didn’t know that before I tried it on and loved it and then loved it more once I looked at the tag! Lol the stylist couldn’t even believe it. You wear it one day, as long as you feel beautiful in it, it doesn’t matter how much it was. I would have worn a $20 thrift store dress if it looked how I wanted and made me feel beautiful.
I spent $700 on mine. I bought it second hand from a store that gives 90% of their net income to charity. I also bought it during a tax free event they had, so I saved money there.
900 or 950. It was something close to that. I didnt want to break 1000. I intend on using the dress to chop up and make into christening outfits when I have kids so I'd lol. I tried on quite a few dresses that were 1500. I just kept thinking.... you are spending 1500 on a dress you'll wear for a few hours when you wont spend 30 bucks on a shirt you'll wear for a couple years. Lol

After alterations I paid about 500. No its not wrong. You can still have a beautiful dress without breaking the bank.

I spent $200 on mine (haven’t gotten alterations yet so that number will go up a little)! There’s northing to feel guilty about. Everyone has different budgets. Do what is right for you
Not wrong at all. Some people hate the idea of spending too much on a dress for just one day. My dress was close to $3000 so I was able to get it just a little over $2500 but with veil and alterations the price is on the $3500 now.
I spent 1640.00 before alterations. So probably 2000.00 but it’s your day and your wedding. If I found one that I like cheaper I would have definitely bought that instead! It doesn’t matter the price! It only matters if you love it!❤️
I went to a pop-up shop & got mine for $300. I really did not want to spend a lot as many have been saying...you where it once! I did care about the quality, but what you feel is reasonable is what matters! Shop guilt free!!
I had a 3k budget for my dress but was treated badly at the higher end stores and ended up getting a $50 dress on clearance at a David’s bridal that was closing and my first choice dress that I LOVED on eBay for $400. I almost bought one from jjhouse that was only 197 with the custom alterations so I would look into them! Or lulus if your open to something simple
I want to spend as little as possible! $200 will be my Max. This is our second marriage and it's going to be on the beach and super casual!! It's not about how much you spend but feeling great in the dress you choose! 💖
With alterations it came to $2,000. There is not wrong price for a dress. Whatever fits your budget or style. Low end priced does mean cheap. You can go to a sample sale and score a $4,000 dress for less than $500.
I found my $1500 dress, brand new with tag and unaltered on ebay for $450. Not sure of your budget, but you can find great deals in diffrent places.
