How much does wedding photography cost?

California is expensive soooo I had to do bare minimum lol 4 hours with no prints and one photographer for $1,400. We got $200 off for a weekday wedding at least

We are paying $2400 for 10 hours, 2 photographers, engagement session. Also includes all rights to the photos and 20% will get edited. Also will be ordering 3 albums one for us and both parents.

We're paying $3200 for our photographer and about the same for our videographer. I'm a professional photographer myself (though not a wedding photographer) and know how much work goes into capturing special events and how much costs goes into running the business.

$4,000 for 1 8hr photographer, 1 6hr photographer, 1 8hr videographer, 1 10x10 album, 2 6x6 album, and all edited and unedited photos, video, and edited video highlight reel. I'm in Savannah, GA. I'm using George Street Photo & Video, but they are available in a lot of cities across the country.

We are paying $1600, 2 photographers, 10 hours, engagement shoot, $250 worth of portraits. I live in the Tampa FL area.

We found an acquaintance of the family who didn’t have much experience shooting weddings. She is an amazing photographer though. But since she’s lacking in the wedding experience, she was super cheap! We were able to get her for $550 for 2 hrs (covering ceremony and family pics afterwards), up to 75 digit photos available and an 8x7 of our choosing with a couple of smaller size photo prints as well but I can’t remember the specifics. We were not willing to pay over $1000 for pictures. It just seems absurd to me. But, we also didn’t feel we needed photos of the whole day. So that definitely kept it cheaper.

$3,800 for 2 photographers for 10 hours in Florida. They seem to be pretty expensive here. I emailed with quite a few of them and a lot of them were around $5,000

We are paying $1,400 for full day of coverage (from 6am to 3pm), an engagement shoot (which we still need to do with only 64 days until our wedding 😔), a bridal shoot, and full access to all of our photos edited as needed. She also mentioned she will throw in a "wedding present" for us which will be a large print or photobook. It comes out to 12 hours of photography total, so roughly $117 an hour.

In Montana, I’m paying $1200 for all day no time limit photography and unlimited shots, I also paid $150 to the same photographer for engagement photos

I got a quote for $1000 he came highly recommended in St. Louis .. I live in Charlotte and the guy who did my engagement photos has also said he will be willing to travel to St Louis where the wedding will be held is also coming in at a reasonable price, not to mention FH friend is a photographer so we have options.

We are paying about $2000 for 6 hours. We have the option to add more time on our wedding day if we want them to stay longer. It is two photographers (a husband and wife team who always shoot together).

We're also in the $3,000 ball park but it is a package. It includes the wedding all day, my engagements, and my bridals. This is one area where I would not go cheap because when it's all said and done, the pictures are the ones that are going to last you a lifetime. You want someone who can edit amazing and shoot at the best angles.
