How many venues did you tour before finding yours?

We toured 3 officially but saw 4 or 5 because of bridal fairs that we went to!

We only toured one. After a lot of research (and I mean a lot..i looked into and spoke with at leave twenty other venues) it seemed to give us the biggest bang for our buck so we went with it.

I only toured one but I already knew what I wanted in my venue and did a lot of research online before deciding.

We've looked at five so far but mostly to compare price point and get an idea of what we like/don't like in particular venues. We don't necessarily have a specific look that we are going for, so this was mostly to spend on gathering ideas/identifying what is possible or not.

We saw about 9 or 10 total. The one we ended up choosing was like number 7 if I remember correctly.

That's kinda what we did also, our first trip we saw 3, and then the others were spread out over 2 or 3 other trips, we saw about 9 total.

We actually visited only 3 before we found the one! Living in different states at the moment drove us into doing a lot of research online and over the phone. After calling and speaking with many places we narrowed the search down to 3 that we ultimately visited and found the one!

We went to 3 places before we chose the one we liked. They were all amazing and it was not an easy choice.

We toured 4 venues and had a couple email conversations with some others. We booked the 4th venue we looked at. It was a great combination of our favorite things from each of the previous 3.

We toured 5 venues. The first one was my first choice, the 4th was his first choice. We toured them based on availability, all in 1 week. We put a hold as soon as we saw our 4th choice. I forgot our 2 week hold had expired, and we both freaked out when we tried calling to put a downpayment to secure the date but it was after hours- and their calendar still said “soft hold.” We thought our spot was quickly taken since their calendars are fully booked.

Luckily they had a feeling we really wanted it and gave us a grace period I guess us freaking out at the possibility we lost our spot and date showed us that we really want this venue and date.

Our wedding is 10/10/20 and we toured 5 before we found the one

We visited 4 venues in person and took virtual tours of 3 so 7 in total before we settled on The Kimpton

We have talked about a few places but only went and seen one venue. We both feel in love with the place and decided that was where we wanted to have the wedding.

Our choice was one of three we looked at in one day. The other two we just walked around. They didn’t have anyone available or had events setting up. Our choice was pretty easy based on the vibe and budget we have!

Knew the one before I went to see it but we also saw two others... we obviously picked the one we knew about before we saw it because when we saw it it was amazing and you just know! You get a feeling in your gut and you get goosebumps and you just know this is it.

My very first venue tour, I knew it was the one. The price tag scared me away for a while, but after talking to a bunch of people there we were able to make magic happen and I got to say yes to my dream venue 💕 you’ll know when it’s the right one when you can picture you and your FH dancing in the center of the space, and your heart just sings.

We toured 2 venues. But kinda already had our mind set on one that we wanted. So the third one was that one and we booked it.
