We are having a DW with a mini moon kinda built in. We’ll be there for a week. Then we will take our “official” honeymoon on our 1 year anniversary - 2 weeks traveling in Europe.

We are spending a total of 12 days off work - 2 days are dedicated to travel and we "lose" a day going from the US to Japan (but thankfully, flying first class feels like part of the vacation)!

7 days. I can't wait, but also I know I'm going to struggle with it. That will be the longest I have ever been away from my son. I've never gone a full day without seeing him.
