How long were you together before getting engaged?

We were officially together one year but unofficially for two years

We were together just about 9 yrs before we got engaged. It didn't matter to me if we were married or not just happy being together. We both knew we were going to spend our lives together but then one day I get home from work and he's in the kitchen and proposes to me we a ring that he had custom made for me. I was totally and completely shocked!

One year on the dot he proposed on our first anniversary ❤️

7 1/2. We’re getting married on our 8 year anniversary.

Yep! 18 months...And it’ll be four years for us on our wedding day

We were together for 8 months when he proposed but been engaged for 5 years lol...together total 6 years in march so when we get married well have been together 6 and a half years

We met online. He proposed after being together for 10 months. When you know, you know!

Good question! We were together for 8 years, when he proposed on the day of our 8th anniversary! But he didn't plan it, ( we both said we werent the marrying type). However, just 10 seconds before proposed, he didn't know he was going to propose! When he did, my first words were "Are you sure!?!?!" He was, we are, and My first e-ring was an emoji!

He bought the ring 6 months after we officially started dating (August 26, 2015), we got engaged a little over a year of being together (on my birthday cruise - Jan. 10th, 2017), and we're getting married July 7, 2019 in about 7 months ☺️☺️☺️
