How far ahead should you buy your fh wedding band?

Hmmm I think we got ours half a year before

I got mine probably 8 months in advance, and FH is getting his now, about 3 months out. He couldn't decide exactly what he wanted, and also felt like he'd end up wearing a silicone ring most of the time, so we ended up just ordering a bunch from Amazon earlier this week. I think he's actually going to end up keeping a couple since they're so cheap and all a little different. It was a pretty painless process once we finally buckled down, but I was getting anxious to check "wedding bands" off our list haha

My wedding is in 4 months and we still have not bought ours... maybe we should get on that

We got ours from Holden rings and Bario Neal. We needed an appointment for Bario Neal and there was some lead time in between since everything is made to order, took 2-3 weeks to get our order. I ended up not living mine and had one made from Holden rings. Both we had 2.5 months before our wedding.
Depending on how custom your rings might be you should decide what you like and get them out of the way! We have friends that waited until the last minute and weren't happy with theirs

FH had my wedding band about 9 months before the wedding. We get married in 3 and I bought his yesterday! I wanted to have it in my hand 1 month before the day (I ordered it from Manly Bands), and I figured that was all the time I need. They have what seem like are a good estimate of lead time/shipping time.

We engaged in April and will be getting married in February. I got FH's wedding band 3 days after we got engaged because the company was having a good sale!

We bought ours just over a year before wedding day because of a big sale event that is once a year at our jeweler and would fall just 2 weeks before our wedding next year. We were able to get both of our bands for just about $1000 and mine was even custom made to match my engagement ring since we didn't want to drop $1200 on the designer's match

We made sure to get ours about 3 months out so we could exchange them if we didn't like them or needed a different size. We both loved the ones we picked out and they fit perfectly so we kept them. I would say if you know what you are getting, go and get them now. Why wait? Lol

We went shopping 4 months out in The June together. The rings came in today. So excited it's getting real.

We got his about 2 months before the wedding. He had already picked what he wanted and we sized his finger.

We bought ours back in March for a September wedding. This was mainly because the jelweer we went through was having a BOGO sale for wedding bands!

Whenever is easiest for you guys!

Our wedding is in a little over 2 months and we have yet to shop for them at all.

We bought our bands around 6 months out.

I ordered it about 5 months in advance, it arrived about 1 month out.

Our wedding is in November and I will order his ring in late August / early - mid September
