How did/are you decorating your aisle and arch?

We are using blush and white rose petals on the outside of the aisle. There will be a gazebo so we will add some blush and white flowers with greenery on the archway of the gazebo.

I'm going to do something really simple like this in our church. Maybe not even for every pew. I don't remember how many rows there are. Our reception venue is very DIY, so I'm not planning on doing much in the church, because it's lovely and doesn't need much decoration anyhow.

That's cute @Nicole and I've never seen that before, I may just steal the idea. Is that tulle?

Our arch will look like this, without the driftwood. And the aisles will just have these pedestals and arrangements at the start - so similar to this set up.

Yes, it's tulle! I think I'll just stick a big faux flower to the tie for a little more decoration. I ordered two huge bolts of tulle for about $5 each at tulleshop.com.

Kinda like this. Just one flower arrangement up in the corner. I don't have a picture of mine because it hasn't happened yet lol.

@Hannah @Jill - both of those arches look amazing. I may sound like an idiot but what kind of material is used for draping?

@Nicole thanks!! I was actually already planning to look for tulle online for another project but I didn't know of any sites to check out.

We are planning on keeping ours pretty simple. My florist is providing floral arrangements that will be placed on each corner of a pergola (they will also double as reception decor, my DOC is going to move/hang them behind our sweetheart table ). We will then have two wine barrels at the beginning of our aisle with large floral arrangements placed on them.

ETA: the flowers aren't exact, the pictures are just examples from my florist of how they will look.

We did a 12ft. garland on the arch with hydrangeas. We lined the aisle with rose petals and lanterns.

This was the arch that we had at our wedding. I was in love with it, I wanted to take it home and keep it forever! haha

These are all beautiful, refreshing for ideas. My FFIL just texted me last night for ideas cause he's building ours and somehow I'm going to make it into a swing later on.

The church we are getting married at is old and historic and I love it the way it is, so besides flowers on the altar, we will not have any decorations.
