My fiance and I met at a pigroast 3 hours from where we live. It was a pigroast that my dad and his buddies host every year. Come to find out I had known his best friend (who brought him) for years (our dad's were good friends) and we went to high school together! Somehow we never crossed paths until we drove 3 hours away!

We both worked in the same outlet mall! I worked at the Subway in the food court and he worked at the Adidas store! At least he knew I could make a sandwich from the beginning lol

We met during our first year of college in one of the cafeteria places. It actually sounds like one of those rom-com movies when I tell the story to people. He and is classmate were in the omlete station line just like I was but his friend cut in front of me so they were literally talking between me; so I joined in the conversation. After I got my meal I parted ways sat somewhere else. I got second breakfast once I was done eating my omlete and saw my fiancé and they invited me to sit down. Well then that's how we got each other's numbers. The rest is history.

    Rain Is A Good Thing

Bianca and Scott’s love story begins on one fateful night in August of 2015.

Scott, who was age 27 at the time, was attending his friend’s annual summer party in Cheshire, Connecticut. Thank goodness it was a backyard party, and thank goodness it rained that evening, because these two factors resulted in the lifechanging decision that followed:

Scott and his friends decided to move their “rained out” party to Cadillac Ranch Restaurant, a country bar in Southington a few towns over — where Scott and Bianca’s paths would cross for the first time.

Few hours earlier: Bianca, who had just finished grad school in New York City, was age 23 at the time and had just started a new job in sports. Only a few weeks prior, Bianca had traveled cross-country from her San Diego hometown to her new apartment in Bristol, Connecticut. With all her family back on the West Coast, it’s needless to say this California Girl was still getting adjusted to her “big move” to the East Coast.

So, that one fateful August evening, Bianca decided it was time to explore Connecticut. In true California Girl-fashion, she forgot to check the weather — and thank goodness she didn’t know it would rain that evening — because after a quick “country music in Connecticut” Google search, off to Cadillac Ranch she went.

Bianca arrived early to participate in the line-dance lesson (Her dad is from Texas, so it seemed like an easy, familiar way to meet new friends) — and she was right: After the dance lesson, a few young ladies she’d met during the session insisted she stick around afterward to play pool — and thank goodness they did, because in walked Scott.

Bianca noticed Scott when he entered. “How handsome,” she thought — but before she could jump to any “future husband” conclusions, it was Bianca’s turn at the pool table. She shrugged off “the cute guy across the bar” and turned her attention back to the game.

Then, once again, Fate intervened: The girlfriend of one of Scott’s friends decided to approach the pool table to ask Bianca, and those accompanying her, to “join” their group by the bar. Talk about a great "wing woman," because a few minutes of mingling later, Scott and Bianca were introduced.

As country singer Luke Bryan says, “Rain is good thing.” ♥️

We met on OkCupid. I had just about given up and was ready to go adopt more cats. We texted off and on for a few weeks and eventually he suggested Thai food. He was in his 4th semester of nursing school so between his crazy schedule and mine (I work full time and my art business was taking off) we had a great first date and kept going on dates. We had an all day date planned and decided to make it official.

We went to the same school, but i was a year ahead of him, and we never talked really. Then about a year before we started dating, we became friends on myspace, then friends in real life, the lovers!Smiley heart

We met at work. We were always friendly towards one other, but we were both in different relationships, but once we both were single he shot his shot and that is how our love story began.

We met online. Started talking in October, our conversations got deeper and longer around November, we met the weekend before Christmas and made it official dating Christmas Eve when I went up and joined him for his church's Christmas Eve service. And well, we started talking about forever almost immediately, like God had been preparing us for each other for years already.

We met online. A week after we met she joking asked me on a date and I accepted. I lived about a hour and a half away from her, but I drove down there and went on one of the best dates of my life!
