Tinder! We laugh about it now but after we told people that’s how we met a lot of people were like “me too!!” I never thought I would meet my FH on tinder! Lol

We met at work. I had just started at the airport, and there was a blizzard that shut everything down. I was stranded over night, and couldn't get home the next morning as my car was encased in a ton of ice. I asked if I could start early (it was 7 am and my shift didn't start till 1 pm) so I could leave early since my regular trainer wasn't able to make it in anyway. They let me. He was a trainer, and his trainee had gone down to test that day and his best friend was the supervisor I had talked too xD. That friend pulled the whole "haaaaaave you met [FH]?" and put me with him for the day, and we really hit it off. I went to the other checkpoint a week later, and didn't see him for a while but returned 2 months later after I had finished my training. I saw him, said hi, and it kinda went from there.

We went to HS together. Hated him at first because he was so talkative haha! He had a crush on me and even tried to ask me to prom but the school wouldn't let me because I wasn't junior yet. Eventually we got to be friends and were really close for like two years, both dated other people and helped each other through breakups. Finally he came to visit me and like a week before I asked if he ever got over the crush (basically just teasing) and he said not really but he lived out of state at that point so he figured it would never happen. Anyway he comes to visit and we end up spending this unintentionally romantic day together and he kissed me while we were walking by the water. We stayed up all night talking (and making out lol) and he left the next day after we agreed we didn't want to be long distance, but then he called me like an hour after landing and said he wanted to try anyway and i admitted I did too. Been together ever since. Still long distance but we're only 316 days until he moves here! Sorry this is so long and cheesy haha!

We were elementary best friends he fell in love with me first but I fell in love with him in middle School we didn't start dating until we were sophomores in high school and then I got engaged December 2019 and we are having our wedding on our 10 year anniversary as a couple 😁

We met in 7th grade journalism class in 1993. We were best friends all through high school even though we went to different schools. I went into the military and got married and he went to college but we still remained best friends. I finally returned home 14 years later with two kids and severe trauma and going through a horrible divorce. He is the only friend that stayed with me through it all. We started dating and 6 years later in 2018 he proposed to me. I am so lucky to have him in my life and my kids absolutely love him. He saved my life!!

We met in high school. Got together freshman year and been together every since.

I dated a man for about 3 months and he totally ghosted me. A week later I went on line to a free site (PoF) and added a profile. When I still hadn’t heard from ghost, I went on line and met him. We tested A Lot from Monday to our first date on Saturday. I thought he was too good to be true. He is better -more than I could ask for. Our first date lasted more than 24 hours and was 4 years yesterday. At 61 I will marry the love of my life in a few months. I can’t wait. (I wish I could tell ghost what a huge favor he did!)

Tindr! I was waitressing at steak n shake. it was so slow bc we had to wait for the local high school to be done with a game, so I signed up again. I didnt get far with setting up a profile. (I always wrote my 'about me' like it was an article from The Onion or Hard Times. Did not happen this time.) A few swipes later, people came in and I shifted gears. My phone kept buzzing 3/4 of the rush, so I peeked while I ran some dishes (sidenote: I never did my sidework, I did however, everyone elses) I saw the guy with long hair was in my inbox, and was giddy. He eventually asked what my spirit veggie was and followed up his own question with "Im arugula bc Im surprisingly spicy." That was it. He got me. (BTW, I answered his question with a russet potato, bc I can be versatile and full of ideas when it feels like there arent any)

We met my freshman year of high school at my first homecoming dance!
