How did some of you calm your nerves before your boudoir shoot?

FS and I were scheduled to take some e-session pics but due to hurricane season it has been raining a lot here in Gulf Coast and October is fast approaching so rather than doing that I spoke with my photographer and we will be doing boudoir pics instead so I can give to FS for Valentine's Day but I'm pretty nervous about it! How did you all calm your nerves and work up the courage to do it?? eeeekkkk!!

I am with Analy, wine!! Some helpful tips: don't wear anything tight that may leave marks (tight bra, panties, socks...). Pamper yourself a little and get a mani-pedi, it is amazing how those little touches make you feel sexier. Just have fun and be yourself!!

Ha ha, well the amount of wine it's going to take for me to feel comfortable, I think someone may need to call me a cab, lol!!

I didn't drink at all... my photographer put me at ease... we had a lot of fun... I'm not too horribly shy in my skivvies anyways... Once I got into it i felt way comfortable!!! I started to feel like a model... haha... Just enjoy it cuz it's an amazing experience!!!!

My MOH was there...even if she weren't my photog is too cool for school!! We're more like friends than vendor/client.

Try not to psych yourself out about it too much ahead of time. The honest truth is that if you've got a good photographer, the most surprising thing will be how comfortable you feel after a few minutes. After all, part of their job is to make sure you feel relaxed.
And be careful with the wine suggestion--some people's complexions can get pretty rosy after only one alcoholic drink!
