Groom's reactions to seeing their Bride walk down the aisle!

THIS IS SERIOUSLY MY FAVORITE PART! of any wedding. lol. it's like, what i wait for and watch for. it's the best! i can't wait. i'm suuuch a sap.

Awwwww. Here's my DH (in the middle). He went for manly misting up, vs. outright tears:

I love this. It is my favorite part of the wedding. But truthfully, I have to admit that I am nervous that I won't get any type of reaction at all. FH is a very stoic man and he keeps his emotions and expressions very neutral. I'm trying not to obsess about it. I will try not to be upset about it. But I would be lying if I said that I didn't want some major reaction.

If FH has the expression of any one of those guys, I would seriously cry. He's typically pretty stoic, so I'm not expecting much of a reaction. If I get one, it will be a very nice added bonus. =)

@Soon2beMrsZ2015: i kind of feel the same way. FH is not emotional at all. i'm worried i won't get a big reaction out of him either... but he did cry when he proposed. so idk. lol. he's seriously unpredictable and full of surprises so he could give me anything. i have no idea what to expect. and that almost makes the excitement and anticipation better. lol.

This was a great post! I constantly think about how my FH will react as I'm coming down the aisle.

I've only seen my FH cry 2 times since we have been together and it was having to do with his son (who lives in WV with his mother). He did tell me he was going to cry when he sees me though.. I am probably going to be bawling the whole day knowing me lol!

I have seen a couple of these and they never get old =) this is also one of my favorite parts of the wedding. I'm not sure i will get much of a reaction from FH that other people will be able to notice. But i hope I at least get the twinkle in his eye that I know he is in aw =) But man would I love a reaction like this =)

I'm mad I only have a side shot. But the smile he gave me I don't think I've ever seen before. I didn't cry down the aisle, but almost.

I've never seen FH cry and he's not emotionally demonstrative, so I imagine he'll just get a big smile like he did when we got engaged. And maybe wink at me when I get to the front. If he cries even a little bit I'm sure I will be a total mess.

Love this! Thank you for sharing. I hope that FH has a reaction when I walk down the aisle. But it could go either way. Lol. Here's to keeping our fingers crossed that our FH's react like this and our photographers get the pictures.

Here are a few from our first look/private reading of our vows together before the ceremony.

During the ceremony I walked halfway down myself then the rest of the way with my husband. I do not really have a good photo of his reaction when he saw me walking down the isle. He was tearing up when we were at the front of the aisle after he saw his mom in tears.

I am the one standing up front next to the grooms and I always look for their reactions! If they don't tear up then, they usually tear up during the vows.
