Got my bikini wax today - *Trama* & TMI

OMG you're nuts! And braver than me! I had my legs waxed about 2 years ago and will NEVER subject myself to that pain again LoL. I can handle my eyebrows and that's it!

Wow, that sounds really intense. I think I'm going to go get mine done on a Saturday morning about a week or two before the wedding. I'm still game to try it.

Poor thing! Yeah, at least you got it done now. Lol when I got mine done a couple years ago, it didn't hurt at all. Got my legs done, and that hurt like hell. I wonder if my salon lady used a different wax or strips or something than yours.

I am on the search for no scream cream. I am combining that with either BOOZE or drugs, but not booze and drugs..And I ain't getting no brazillain, I'm gonna trim and what not..

All I have to say is oach!! My waxer is my BF. You get so up close and personal with them, they end up knowing you better than FH. Mine makes fun of me because after each pull I scream a long stream of profanity. Don't let your hair get more than an inch or it hurts 10x's more!!!

OH..there is the stuff called Coochy Spray, you use it aftr waxing, and it puts a protective layer over your waxed bits so it doesn't get irritated after waxing from rubbing on clothes and what not, I use it for my legs and under arms

I would never go back to that place. I have now gotten 2 brazilians before the wedding to make sure I didn't have a reaction to the wax. My 2 times were great, and the first time I went I was on my period. I am planning on getting my eyebrows, legs, toes, underarms and a brazialian three days before the wedding. My waxer was so good, and now I love it. The hair barely grows back and is much less and thinner. You need to find a new place. Find out if there is a Eurpoean Wax Center near you. That is where I go. They are awesome and sanitary!

This might be TMI, but MrsJ did you salon woman make you get on all fours to do the back end? When I got the brazilian that's what I had to do. I was totally shocked. Lol. I was like, what? Yeah if you are self-conscious going in, you won't be when you leave!

Lol Jlacy my last brazilian had me do that I was like umm okay thats different. There is a wax made from white chocolate or something and it does not hurt at all! I have to find what its called and where to get it in the states. I had it done overseas and it was the least painful wax of my life I didnt even curse lmao

Mine had me lay on my stomach and hold my butt checks apart. I didn't have to get on all fours.

@Jlacy - It has always hurt me, not sure why. Even when I used to get it done on a regular basis. But she didn't make me get on all fours - she had me spread my legs and pull my knees back to my chest. - TMI, I know. LOL!

@Amie - how badly did your hurt? This isn't normal? I've lost skin before, too. And the hair is thick and pretty long. She normally does my eye brows (great) which is why I went to her for this. She did it in small patches cause I was so scared.

@MrsP - YOU CAN DO IT!! LOL, I know you have it in you!

If you google chocolate brazilian wax a bunch of different things come up including home recipes and salons that do it but I would say go to a salon for it. I cant wax myself I get so nervous I wait to long to pull it off and it hurts like hell lol so much easier at a salon.
