I'm wearing my contacts, which is not good because I will have fake nails on and I can't take them out. So I will have to cut my nails off a couple days later, oh well.

I was thinking about contacts but don't know if I want to deal with contacts. I can see fairly good without my glasses so I may just ask my MOH to carry them in her little purse and if I need them put them on

I'm wearing my contacts because my glasses get dirty (like a spec of dust) and it drives me crazy....and yes it's a very short drive lol

wearing my glasses. I work in the industry, so my co-workers who will be there would be disappointed if I didn't. Besides, I just don't feel like I look like me without them anymore

I am going to try and find some new frames that are almost rimless - while I can see fairly well without them, they do hide the bags under my eyes LOL!

I have both glasses and contacts, but will wear my contacts on my wedding day. FH prefers it when I wear my contacts... He says my glasses hide my beautiful eyes.

No glasses. I wear glasses and I've never worn contacts. I'll just be glasses-less on my wedding day...I can see just not far and at night lol

I'd like to wear my glasses and FH would like to wear his, but he has transition lenses in his glasses and mine don't have anti-glare...

Not sure what we're going to do. Told FH he may have to take them off for photos since we are going to be outside all day!

Robin A- if your honey got his recently or he has been going to the same place for years, some optical centers will loan you a pair of frames to use strictly for photos. They take the fake lenses out of them. Most require you to leave some ID and a credit card number, in case they are damaged or not returned by agreed upon date. It's mostly done for senior photos, but I've seen it done for weddings. That way he can wear his glasses, but for photos, he doesn't have the dark lenses, and you won't get camera glare. Unfortunately, there isn't a lot you can do for candid photos, such as ceremony or reception.

@tiedaknot Lmao! The drive for me is short too! I have to say I'm with you on the spec thing. I HATE HATE that! So no glasses the day of. And as far as contacts go, I will most likely be wearing them. Even though I haven't lately because I'm 'saving' them for the wedding (down to two sets).

Definitely wearing my glasses. I swore off contacts in high school and have never looked back! I think I look much more like myself in glasses. The ones I normally wear are huge, though, so I think I'll be getting a different pair for the wedding.
