Florida intimate beach wedding

You could looked for vacation rentals. A couple suggestions from reading about other people who’ve used vacation rentals on the forum:
1. Make sure your rental knows you are having a wedding there (regardless of how small) and you have a separate contract from the rental booking that ensures their allows and the wedding and locks your date in more securely
2. Check local laws/regulations/ordinance on events for the area. In particular sound restrictions. think you’d as want to check if events on the beach require any permits.
3. Work with the rental manager to notify neighbors of the event if required.

I can't help with the how to book a house part, but I live in Florida and can give you some of our nicer beaches.

Clearwater Beach in Clearwater, FL (Tampa Bay area) is always highly rated. And usually anything in the surrounding area to Clearwater. This is the area I live in.

On the other coast, I love St. Augustine. It's a different type of beach with it being on the other coast, but it's still nice. Plus St. Augustine itself it AMAZING. Totally worth it.

I’m also in the same situation. I found an incredible place to do the wedding and a Planning vendor to handle most all of it but finding a beach house to stay in and also hold a very small reception after, is completely stressing me out. The closest house is 55 min away from the wedding and that seems too far to travel in our wedding attire, especially in the heat. Talking about a wrinkled mess and looking a wreck. I originally wanted to just stay at a house and walk out and get married like you want but no one is willing to allow it at their rentals or they huge fees. The wedding is literally just our very small immediate family. Ugh so frustrating but best of luck to you.

I know! I’m having the same issue. I went to a wedding years ago in Hilton head, SC and they had a beach house, walked right out the back for a small ceremony then reception back at the house after but I really want to do Florida! Well good luck and if I find anything out I will let you know!
