My fiancé is my best friend. I have actually started to drink less since we have been together. Not to mention he is great at motivating me to do whatever I want to do.

I know its blurry but it sums up our relationship pretty well...

This picture was taken by his mum at her house. It was my first time meeting her, and our first period of time in the same country as a couple, cos we are long distance (US to Ireland).

She is very nice, which is why he took me to meet her first.

He lives in AZ, and I'm currently in Ireland. But I'm moving back to England this year so we can work towards closing the distance. He'll then move to me.

I had a story idea which I wanted help with, so I joined a writing forum and started a thread. He replied to it with a joke, and I saw him around the site over the next few weeks. I knew he was in the US, so I tried to talk myself out of doing anything. I lasted 6 weeks before I declared my interest. We started talking privately that day, and met after 8 months together.

I knew I wanted to marry him before we met, and I proposed a week after our first visit. Whilst things are tough for us generally, I don't regret confessing. Best thing I ever did.

My fiance and I We met in college and hopefully we're getting married this August!

We met on tinder. I had every wall up in the world. I wasn't sure I liked him after our first date but he kept casually texting me and I figured I might as well keep up with it. Slowly, he brought my guard down and to my surprise, accepted and loved me for me. He's my rock, my best friend, and everything I've ever wanted. I'd say I can't wait to start our lives together but it began the day we met. I'm just excited to say nice things about him and get a nice, shiny rock on my finger!

We've been together for 7 years this month! We met through a mutual friend and hit it off- right off the bat. He literally is the yin to my yang. We are polar opposites but we balance each other out so well. We support each other through the good times and bad. I can't wait to marry him!

I think this is my favourite picture of my fiance that I have taken to date. I requested he remove his glasses, so I could get a proper shot of his beautiful eyes. I could look at them all day.
